Perfect budget hotel in a great location in fort kochi
I arrived at super early morning flight from Finland and there is a nice terrace on the top and the staff lets you wait there if you arrive too early for a check-in.
There is a nice pamphlet of a list of local tourist attractions to see and also images of those on the stairs.
I wish there was a clearer communication on what to expect at the place.
Some amenities could be better, like a possibility to use a fridge to store food, snack and chill water.
Information about lift or no lift can be made available on the booking. This is helpful if we have heavy luggage.
From the location we could walk to some nice places.
Everything else. The staff was impolite, we were checking out at 8 and had to ring the bell twice and he just shouted to leave the key, but we needed money back and he was not happy about that. No one greeted us during our stay when coming in or leaving. Room was small, not clean. Holes in the bedding. The tab in the bathroom was leaking and the toilet kept running. The entire night we could hear dogs barking and the van made the worst noise ever. One of our worst stays ever.

The room was not very clean bedsheets had holes.walls where dirty the poperty could do with some renovations
Behavior of staff was not good. I asked them to replace the water bottle with a cold water bottle and they told me to pay 20 rupees extra for cold water.
Such idiotic behavior is unacceptable considering you are paying 1500 for a day.
Also, they do not have anything to eat. So you need to go out to get the basic things (tea/coffee) as well.

AC was really bad. Needed hours to cool down the room, also shut off multiple times during the night. Strange system where you have to leave your key outside the room to have electricity/AC working.
Shower horribly dirty, only very warm water and the water smelled foul! A little to expensive for what you get.
