Nearby to Metro , Ernakulam Jn Railway station, local transport nearby.

Cons:

Veg hotels are very scarce nearby. This hotel has provided menu cards to get online orders. Even for a single coffee/ tea one has to walk out and get it. Approach road from station is bad, Water logged during heavy rains.
