Hotel Location, staff courtesy, willing to clean and attend the issues as soon as we inform them, exceptional customer service, safe place for women and children

Cons:

Bathroom wasn't clean, it had a drainage smell at times, But the staff was willing to clean it when ever we called.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

The location was great, staff accommodated our request for rooms close to each other. There was a good restaurant in level 2 and catered with fresh food( food not included in the price of the room). Beautiful views.Rooms were clean and facilities were great.

Cons:

Had trouble with Wifi access.
