Fabulous location and Beautiful rooms and Art and very good service.
Pros:

Lovely Room, Lovely Breakfast, Lovely art in the room and around the property. Location is fantastic. Good service and safe and secure feeling for two solo women travellers. Perfect place to stay to visit 'Jew town' which is the locality where the property is situated and to visit the Kochi Biennale venues - all walkable from the property. We had 3 wonderful days visiting the Biennale and coming home in the evening to the bliss of the Hotel.

Cons:

Car booking service was a bit questionable. I have given them the feedback about how on our way back to the airport, the driver suddenly stopped on the highway and another man entered in the cab in the front seat. We were two solo women travellers, and we were shocked, but being all alone on the highway we could not really make a huge fuss about it. All went well and we safely reached the airport, however this was a huge red flag. The property manager has called me and apologized about this experience, and they are talking to the car service about this lapse in judgement. I hope other female traveller's don't have to experience this.

The location is amazing, right on Jew street. Staff were really attentive and the breakfast was good. Appam and egg curry especially was delicious.

Pros:

While pricier than other Kochi hotels, The Postcard Hotel is well worth the investment. This intimate boutique hotel, with only five rooms, boasts spacious and beautifully designed interiors that are both chic and modern. Its location in the heart of Jew Town is ideal for exploring Kochi. Despite being in a tourist area, the commercial nature of the location ensures a tranquil atmosphere from evening until morning, as shops close by 9 PM.

The bed is exceptionally comfortable, and the amenities are well-equipped and meet five-star standards. The staff is incredibly hospitable and attentive, with special thanks to Mr. Renjith for ensuring seamless and high-quality dining and overall experiences. The restaurant serves clean and delicious food, and they are happy to customize portions to accommodate individual preferences, allowing guests to sample a wider variety of dishes.

I highly recommend The Postcard Hotel to anyone visiting Kochi who is willing to spend a bit more for a truly comfortable and memorable stay.

A time to remember. Genuine hospitality - unlike any other hotel.
Pros:

The service and heartfelt hospitality throughout our stay was a tribute to the culture of our Indian hosts. He List are is a sanctuary. Artfully appointed. An oasis on a bustling walking street. Thoughtfully staffed.
