Overpriced, dirty, pretty run-down place with the single plus that foreigners can stay.
Pros:

Location is great and the residential area/the "compound" is charming. The apartment itself is spacious but is dirty and run-down. Although it has the potential to be a nice apartment (layout, terrace, top-floor) - unfortunately wasted potential.

Cons:

The photos exaggerate the size and standard of the apartment. Pretty dirty (walls, furniture, sofa, chairs, tables, bathroom, kitchen). Many broken things in the apartment: lamps, furniture, sun shade on the terrace. Disappointing. But one of the few non-hotel places in Wuhan where foreigners can stay these days (at least what I found).
