Pros:

Идеальная локация. Всего в 100м от Crazy house, но на тихой улочке. Чисто, уютно, красиво, в номере есть все необходимое, приветливый персонал.

Cons:

Были в начале января. Ужасно холодно в номере. Ночью спасались вторым теплым одеялом. Но находиться в номере из-за холода не хотелось. На утро все окна полностью запотевали и ничего не было видно через них. Завтраки скудноватые. Но выбрать было из чего и вкусно. Одно полотенце для лица было с пятнами.

Pros:

The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a noise complaint about our neighbors, and they quickly resolved it. The building has very beautiful design. They have a fan in the room which is sufficient, you don't need AC in Dalat weather. The room was cleaned every day. The breakfast has a lot of authentic local options. Many restaurants and cafes are around.

Cons:

Can't mention anything I didn't like.
