Pros:

The owners were extremely kind and welcoming.
The water pressure was excellent, and we stayed for two nights without any inconvenience. There is no elevator, but the owner kindly helped us carry our luggage, so it was not a problem at all.
The location is very convenient, as it is close to the Da Lat Night Market.
We stayed as a family of three, and the owners even gave some fruit to our child, which was very thoughtful. They also allowed us to use the microwave to heat our rice. Since there is a café on the first floor, it was a nice place to relax and enjoy a cup of tea on rainy days.

Cons:

The only minor was that the room we stayed in was a little dark.

Просторный светлый номер с высокими потолками
Pros:

Номер очень просторный с высокими потолками, чистый и светлый, не смотря на то что напротив были близко дома. Дом с номерами держит замечательная семья, было очень комфортно, как будто мы приехали в гости к родственникам. На первом этаже кофейня, куда можно было спуститься и поработать. Отдельно хочу выделить что пол и лестница сделаны из дерева и было очень приятно перемещаться. Это нам с мужем запало в самое сердце. Семья иногда нас угощала своими домашними десертами и они оказались самые вкусные в городе. Подавайте их в кофейне обязательно! Если мы вернемся в Далат, то обязательно остановимся снова тут.

Lovely and comfy home stay
Pros:

The family is absolutely lovely. My son was in love with the abundant tropical fish in the coffee shop downstairs (as was I with the coffee😆). Rooms are large and beds are comfy

Cons:

People smoke in the coffee shop downstairs and in the back alley which is not ideal with a child but we managed!

Kỳ nghĩ ngắn hạn nhưng chất lượng giấc ngủ vô hạn!

Gia đình mình mỗi khi đến Đà Lạt luôn lưu trú tại đây!
Gần trung tâm và phòng thì rất là thích luôn bước vào phòng cho cảm giác ấm cúng, sạch sẽ như dụng ý của Dan Chi Hotel bố trí mọi thứ vô cùng hợp lý và rất nghệ thuật.
Anh chị chú rất dễ thương và gần gũi. Sáng dậy sớm xuống nhà uống ly cà phê chị pha nữa thích lắm nhe

Très bien situé, l’hôtel est très agréable et les propriétaires sont extrêmement accueillant et sympathique.

Cons:

Rien concernant l’hôtel mais la ville Da Lat est très moche et sale. C’était mieux 20 ans avant.

Très belle maison
Pros:

Luminosité de la chambre, 3ème et dernier étage, avec des baies vitrées offrant une vue agréable sur la ville.
Propreté de la chambre, de la salle d'eau et du linge de maison.
Plusieurs petites tables, chaise,, fauteuils, armoire... de quoi poser nos affaires.
Bonne eau chaude et pression.
Plusieurs serviettes de toilette à disposition.
Fruits offerts à l'arrivée.
Gentillesse des propriétaires.

Cons:

Bruit de la rue si on a une chambre côté rue avec vue sur la ville. Cependant les bouchons d'oreilles font des miracles, et le trafic cesse un peu la nuit.
Lit un peu dur.
