I like everything and the owner of this hotel is so friendly

But i dont like that in the bed there is 5 to 6 long hairs which i didn't like

Cons:

You can’t enter or leave the hotel between 00:00 to 6:00 am, the owner slammed our door hard in the middle of the night and barged into my friend room at night.

Will not book again.
Pros:

The bed was okay. A bit hard.

Cons:

We had informed the owner that we would arrive very late and still it was closed and we had to wait 30min on the street and it was so cold! She didn’t answer her phone. The room had no window and at 7 am in the morning there was a lot of noise that woke us up. Also no toilet paper in the bathroom.

Pros:

Amazing people and always a smile to help us through our journey in Mu cang Chai ! We took a motorbike for the day to explore the surrounding.

Pros:

The Hot water was not working and they told me to use other room for It.
They let US to leave our luggage in a room till we come back for them, after we check out.

Cons:

No Windows.

It is really cheap, but do not book the economy room
Pros:

The location is close from the center. The second room had a good balcony and hot water.

Cons:

The economy room should not even be listed. We literally were frightened to be there. There was a fake roof with a certain mammal making a lot of noise.

We asked to change and had to pay an extra fee. The second room was decent, but still had a roach, and that I can't accept.

Please clean the room.
