タバコ臭い。
Cons:

予約時には禁煙室を予約したはずなに当日フロントで御社からは喫煙室で予約が来ていると言われ禁煙室への変更をお願いしたが一切聞いてもらえなかった。フロントで揉めて宿泊キャンセルしても金は帰って来ないしその時間から新たな宿を探すのも無理なのでタバコ臭い部屋で我慢して寝た。御社からのリターンのプリントoutの書類をみせてもBooking.cmでは良く有る事ですから。と軽く交わされしまいましま。チェックインした時のフロントマンの態度も悪かった。

Pros:

スタッフの方が親切で親しみやすかった。
朝食バイキングも思ったより良かった。チェックインや朝食時間の時間の融通もしていただけて助かりました。

Cons:

部屋以外の施設内の匂いが少し気になりました。
ロビーと朝食会場の距離が近いせいか、排水溝からの戻り臭か、とにかく部屋以外は色々と少し不快な匂いがしていた。

非常に部屋の状況は悪かった

代わりの部屋をすぐに対応してくれた。

Cons:

部屋が非常に悪臭で我慢をしようとしたが、窓の開閉は禁止で、頭痛の為、部屋の交換を申し出た。次の部屋は匂いは大丈夫だったが、TVがつかず、朝まで無音状態でした。
