- Phòng cách âm khá
- Sạch sẽ, đầy đủ máy sấy khăn lược dép
- Có cả dép đi trong nhà vệ sinh riêng, có thảm chân trước nhà vệ sinh
- Ổ điện được bố trí hợp lý, đủ dùng (gồm sạc dự phòng)
- Đèn có 3 chế độ: đèn trắng, vàng ấm, vàng nhạt

Cons:

- Ổ điện đầu giường hơi ít nếu sử dụng 1 người/sạc
- Cửa ra vào và cửa phòng tắm phải vặn chốt 1 vòng mới đóng được (k ảnh hưởng an ninh)
