Overall, the stay went well, but there are two important points worth paying attention to.
1. Refrigerator. When booking through Booking, the room was stated to have a refrigerator, but it did not work for freezing. It was important to me, as I stayed for 5 nights. I asked either to replace the refrigerator or to call the master, but, unfortunately, this was not done. As an alternative, they suggested using the owner's personal refrigerator on the ground floor or a refrigerator with drinks at the reception. It turned out to be inconvenient, as I had to constantly go downstairs. It seems that the issue of renovation is not planned to be resolved for future guests either.
2. No mosquito nets on the windows. As a result, I had to choose between the stuffiness with the windows closed or the mosquitoes with the windows open.
Otherwise, everything went fine, but these moments noticeably affected the comfort of living.

Said 24hrs was not open when we go there and also tried to get me to bank transfer them money prior to staying
Not old or run down. Looks clean, with a bit of a cat smell.
It is a hostel in fact, room is like 9m2 including bathroom without doors. You are slipping in the bathroom, with glass wall and a curtain, a window 20*30cm. 45 min walk to the center. Nothing really close and 9.3 is a joke. No english word from the smiling owner, who wants the money transfer before you come. Not worthy. Sorry.

The room was fine. The owner was very sweet too though communication was a little difficult as he did not speak English.
I have no idea how this place scored so high in location (9,7 when we booked, which was why we booked this place). Yeah sure you COULD walk to the center but it would probably take you 45 minutes. Nothing was particularly close except for restaurants/cafés that were pretty much all closed. It was very cheap to stay here but we ended up spending a lot on grabs to get to and from the hotel. Also, the room was not soundproof whatsoever so you could hear other guests all the time - even when people go to the bathroom above you. Maybe double check the location for yourself before booking to make sure it’s right for you.
