الموظفات العمانيات كأنتا رائعات وخاصة عند استقبال العملاء وتقديم الخدمه بالسرعه المطلوبه اتمنى لهن التوفيق

جيد من حيث السعر مع الاقامه والإعاشة

عدم نظافة حوض السباحه وخاصة وجود اتربه بالداخل والخارج
وجبة العشاء ما كانت نظام الوفيه وعند الطلب المشاوي ما كانت جيده ولم تكون على الجمر وكانت بالزيت ولم يقدم الخبز على وجبات المشاوي وجبات الفطور جيده بالبوفيه ولكن اغلب الوجبات الاسيويه ولم تكون عربيه مثل المعتاد بالفنادق الاخرى ض

Cons:

They called me from the hotel on the same day of my booking saying that they didn't see my booking and all rooms are full, go and check other hotel. This is not professional a all.
I booked by the same in another hotel and I got my booking once I reached there.
I will not try this hotel again

Pros:

I arrived a bit early for check-in and my room wasn't but instead of being made to wait I was provided another option to be upgraded the available suit but since it only had one bed when my original booked room had two, I was even provided a comfortable mattress as a backup solution, really appreciated the kind gesture and flexibility of handling this situation. staff were nice and very professional and accomedating.

Cons:

The facilities were a bit old it could use some renew, like the furniture style but all is very clean and functional so cant complain too much, although the bathtub was old and banged up and the bathroom smelled which is a genuine complaint I couldnt glance over. also the facilities (like the spa,pool,gym) close a bit too early by the time I'm free to consider trying them they're all closed, would appreciate if they were open 24/7, and I would've loved if the bauffet price was for the whole day instead of just that particular meal time.
