Cons:

They called me from the hotel on the same day of my booking saying that they didn't see my booking and all rooms are full, go and check other hotel. This is not professional a all.
I booked by the same in another hotel and I got my booking once I reached there.
I will not try this hotel again

Pros:

I arrived a bit early for check-in and my room wasn't but instead of being made to wait I was provided another option to be upgraded the available suit but since it only had one bed when my original booked room had two, I was even provided a comfortable mattress as a backup solution, really appreciated the kind gesture and flexibility of handling this situation. staff were nice and very professional and accomedating.

Cons:

The facilities were a bit old it could use some renew, like the furniture style but all is very clean and functional so cant complain too much, although the bathtub was old and banged up and the bathroom smelled which is a genuine complaint I couldnt glance over. also the facilities (like the spa,pool,gym) close a bit too early by the time I'm free to consider trying them they're all closed, would appreciate if they were open 24/7, and I would've loved if the bauffet price was for the whole day instead of just that particular meal time.

Cons:

1- Room Allocation & Family Convenience
As a family group booking four rooms, I anticipated that the rooms would be arranged in sequence or at least opposite each other. However, upon arrival, we received three rooms on one floor that were quite far apart, and the fourth room on a completely different floor. This arrangement made our family stay uncomfortable and inconvenient.
2. Room Furniture & Fixtures Condition
The overall furniture condition was poor and worn out, which gave a negative impression of the rooms. Additionally, the bathtub’s plastic curtain was very old, dirty, and yellowed at the bottom, which raises concerns regarding hygiene.
3. Refurbishment Noise & Disturbance
The third floor, where I was staying, was under refurbishment. Construction activities were taking place, causing disturbance and significantly affecting our ability to sleep and relax. This situation should have been communicated to us before check-in, especially when allocating rooms.
4. Special Request Not Fulfilled
During the reservation, I made a special request for a cot bed for an infant. Instead, we were provided with a standard extra bed with a mattress, which is not suitable or safe for an infant, and caused additional inconvenience.

Pros:

It was our second time staying at this place because it is close to the Majan industrial area. Staff are nice and helpful.

Cons:

Although we had booking but they didn't have room for us and sent us to another hotel for first day and then come back second day at least they took our luggage back by themselves that is nice because we were at work and even in second day evening they were still full so finally they gave family suit to one of us that they didn't want to do in first place. One more thing is that you need to pay at place if you book through Booking although you submit your bank card info and everything, that I don't understand. Generally is ok, no big deal.
