Pros:

The property was beautiful, the Garden was lovely. The rooms were tired and Booking.com overcharged us for the booking. Originally we were quoted around $6600 CDN, we ended up paying over $9000 CDN. Also I could not email Booking.com to inquire about this shocking change in price.

Cons:

The rooms were very tired and at one point we had no water in our room. After a day and a half of no water we changed rooms. The new room had a shower that was extremely small and didn’t drain well. We were up to our ankles in water. It looked very dirty as well.

Property neglected and needs nighttime staffing.
Pros:

Location. Breakfast room and food were good.

Cons:

The property is not well groomed and since boasts its gardens and grounds they need to hire a professional to clean and maintain the grounds. It’s quite long in the teeth. Great potential but needs TLC. The photos were misleading.
Additionally, they lock the office at 4 pm and virtually no one is on duty until 8:30 a.m. For example there was inky 1/2 roll of toilet paper and no extra and no one to ask for more.
I one had an emergency , it would be a problem.
Also, no instructions provided for how to get into the property habitation area after dark and office closed. No lights . We finally figured out the way across the front lawn stones and around thru the side of the property to get to our room.

Un peu déçue mais satisfaite.
Pros:

L'accueil et le personnel était très bien. J'ai dû reporter d'une journée mon séjour et l'hôtel a acquiescé à ma demande.
Le site est très joli mais les photos laissent croire que c'est plus luxueux que ce ne l'est vraiment.

Cons:

Ce sont les chambres qui m'ont un peu déçue. Pas de clim (je n'avais pas vérifié), seulement un ventilateur.
J'ai dû changé d'une première à une autre parce que le ventilateur fonctionnait mal et qu'il n'y avait pas de pression dans la douche.
Les petits déjeuners étaient très bien. Mais la dernière journée, on nous a passé du café de la veille!

Casona muy agradable ,con un alberca y gran jardín para tomar el sol y relajarse , sin ruidos ya que esta en el pueblo ,pero como a 5 cuadras ,lo que la hace mas tranquila, las habitaciones están distribuidas en diferentes zonas de la casa y jardín. desayuno incluido bien.

A delightful propery with very friendly (bi-lingual) manager/staff
Pros:

Rooms were spread around the garden and both the dining room and garden displayed beautiful sculptures! (Maybe temporary)

Cons:

Our door lock was very hard to open. It’s due for replacement. A microwave for reheating leftovers would be very convenient in the lounge.

Pros:

r. Los jardines, la cama, la paz y tranquilidad del espacio, la atención de Yolanda muy linda y amable.

Cons:

El desayuno rico, pero muy básico....el único tema fué que no había agua caliente en la regadera y el agua se cumuló en la regadera y tuve que usar la bomba para destapa

Breakfast was OK, location was good, garden was beautiful!!

Cons:

I asked if they have cotton sheets , instead of synthetic , they told me no, and offered me warm synthetic blanket lol..but I understand they not understand my English because two days after I saw Cleaning lady with cotton sheets.
I should probably ask lady who speaks English better, but it was too late. We stayed for three nights only.
