So good we came back.
Pros:

Fantastic position behind the middle of Agonda beach. Close to ATM and tuk tuk stand. A little side gate takes you directly to the beach.
Room was big and airy. Had windows two sides and s great balcony. Also appreciated the full-sized fridge and plenty of hanging space for clothes.
The previously rather quiet restaurant has recently had s big make-over and incorporates a vibrant new bakery with the best coffee in Agonda.

Cons:

Nothing. We stayed over Christmas and new year this year and last, and plan to do the same again.

Overall everything was good, the hotel ambience was charming, the rooms were clean, the bed was comfy and the room was well air-conditioned, the beach was close by.

Cons:

There was no hot water facility. We had to take bath with cold water.
