The room was very good, spacious, and comfortable, and the hotel location was excellent
No elevator, I have k me problems so using stairs is not ideal.

The bed was comfrable, staff was friendly and helpful.the room is big.
There is no balcony. They have more like a little room separated by a glass door. This little room have a window you can open 30cm and there is so many insects in this little room it is very uncomfortable. Please put a net at that window and problem is solved.

The building was modern, clean and tidy. The shower was great.
We were on the 3rd floor, and it was noticeably warmer than the 2nd floor. Nothing the air-conditioning couldn't handle.

supose to be 5 star what a joke i was booked in for 3 nights paid cash and they would not refund me two night they said booking took there commission which i thought alot off bull all i head was chairs scraping on floor and shouting no sleep
Modern extra large room. Very comfortable bed. Quiet location with easy access to under cover car park.
Everything was excellent
If you have a car or motorbike then this location is good, otherwise its a little hard to get around Surin. Good thing was there were restaurants in close proximity. Friendly staff with a good selection of snacks available in the lobby area too.
Wi-Fi was a little slow and the hotel is a little hard to find if you're not a local.
