Ok pulizia e colazione, ko tutto il resto.
Pros:

Colazione ottima per un tre stelle, sono rimasto soddisfatto. Letto sufficientemente comodo. La stanza, era pulita ed era piacevole entrarvi.

Cons:

La stanza non è insonorizzata. Impossibile prendere sonno sino alle due del mattino quando finalmente il traffico in strada sparisce. Nonostante fossero chiuse, le finestre basculanti "da ufficio" non tenevano il rumore fuori, tanto da ingannarmi la prima notte convinto che fossero state lasciate aperte. Impossibile dormire bene. Non amo inoltre il bagno senza la porta, perché quella facente funzione porta è un mero separé che si accosta, simile alle porte dei bagni pubblici di un qualsiasi autogrill. Termostato non regolabile, impostato a oltre 25° rendeva la camera invivibile.
