Pros:

The rooms were good but the service was pathetic. It was my brothers birthday and even though they charged for the cake and flowers, they did not deliver the cake. Only a pastry was delivered.
The breakfast was bad and the coffee had spoilt milk.
Overall a disappointing experience

The rooms are big and spacious

Cons:

Location is away from the beach but is close to the north Goa hot spots, and breakfast typically takes time as they cook smaller portions hence you eventually end up waiting for the food.
