La posizione strategica dell'Hotel, e la professionalità e cortesia del personale, ti conquistano.
Pros:

La posizione dell'Hotel è strategica perché si trova di fronte alla Stazione di Ancona, Piazza Rosselli. Per la colazione c'è ampia scelta per soddisfare i palati più esigenti. Le ragazze della reception sono sorridenti, gentili, e pronte a spiegare nei dettagli le modalità di fruizione della struttura, gli accessi, gli orari, e così via. La notte ho dormito benissimo, senza disturbi, senza rumori, pace assoluta. L'unico rischio era di non svegliarmi in tempo, infatti ho dovuto puntare la sveglia.

Cons:

Vorrei che ci fosse maggiore elasticità all'ingresso. Il mio treno arriva ad Ancona alle 11:25, ma prima delle 14:00 non posso fare il check in. Quindi dovrei stare in stazione ad attendere, o restare nella hall, o fruire del servizio portabagagli per essere libero di andare in giro per Ancona in attesa di poter prendere possesso della stanza. Nel caso in cui la stanza sia già pronta all'orario di arrivo del cliente, dovrebbe essere consentito il "check in anticipato" pagando un supplemento, tanto maggiore quanto maggiore è l'anticipo. Esempio: arrivo un'ora prima? 10 Euro di check in anticipato. Arrivo due ore prima? 20 Euro di check in anticipato. Sono idee, vanno prese come proposte, magari qualcosa si può fare, qualcosa proprio no.
