The property is close to everything. The staff is super friendly and helpful from the cleaning lady, security and receptionist. There’s security 27/7. You can go in and out as you like. No curfew or strict restrictions…buy your own alcohol and drink in your room.
Some of the furniture was a bit old…still decent but just needs upgrading there and there.

Securities are friendly and welcoming, rooms are very clean and well arranged.
Lady who was at the reception at night wasn't friendly, they are very poor in communication through call, I called more than 6 times but never picked. I called nearby Bayside to express my discomfort, they tried to tell them to sort my problem. Their pillows are very big and uncomfortable 🥵 I couldn't sleep well on Friday. I told them to get me small pillows but they undermined my request to a point that on Saturday we bought two pillows for ourselves.
Landline is not working, I couldn't use it to report my problem I had to use my cellphone. Online I was promised my booking included breakfast but when I requested them about that, they said no.
