Reception attend to the problem of the loud noise while construction is ongoing in the road, I complain and asked to be moved to another room, thanks

The location and the staff
Noise from the guest
The location was great, it was close to the beach and Shaka Marine. They were different restaurant close to the hotel.
They didn't clean the glass with soap, they only use water. They don't provide plate to use to warm the food in the microwave. There was a lot of noise coming from the tavern.
The atmosphere was peaceful and the staff very friendly and helpful throughout.
The restaurant could add sea-food to the menu to expand the choises.
