Гарна локація, закрита територія, спортивний майданчик. Поруч супермаркет і кафе зі смачними сніданками. До моря хвилин 20, поруч Аркадія, де можна шумно погуляти, але в самому помешканні - ідеальна тиша. Персонал чудовий, щоденна комунікація в Месенджери - чи потрібне прибирання.
