Good choice, especially if you travel by train and you are on a budget.
Pros:

Great location. Near the railway station and also close to the historical centre.

Cons:

Wi-Fi is only available in the reception area.

Pros:

The hotel is located in the city center, just a short walk from the train station. It has a charming historic atmosphere that has been carefully preserved while offering modern comfort. I don’t think this hotel deserves only two stars. The room was comfortable, with air conditioning and very comfortable beds. I was especially impressed by the innovative towels. The hotel also appears to have been recently renovated. The Italian breakfast was delicious, and the coffee was excellent.

Cons:

The only minor downside is that some guests may find the soundproofing a bit lacking. However, it didn’t bother me at all.

Pros:

Struttura centralissima per visitare Arezzo. Si è subito nella via centrale e anche a pochi passi dalla stazione (si raggiunge in meno di 5 minuti). Lo staff molto gentile e la colazione sopra le aspettative con brioche molto buone! Stanza e bagno ampi e puliti. Consigliatissimo per la posizione, lo staff, la pulizia e la colazione!!

Pros:

L’hotel è centrale, lungo Corso Italia, in ztl. Esci e hai la città a disposizione.
La colazione abbondante con prodotti freschi.
C’è il condizionatore in camera che, con il caldo che abbiamo trovato ad Arezzo, abbiamo molto apprezzato. 😃

Cons:

La struttura è un po’ datata, da rivedere in alcune cose, ma nel complesso, per chi deve solo pernottare, va più che bene.
