The staff was very nice and supportive. We did not ask for it, but they also installed a crib in our room, with Paw Patrol bedding, which is currently my daughter favorite thing - so this was an awesome surprise.
The pool was also nice, they had a separate pool for kids.
From the reception, we also borrowed a football and voley balls.
They also have an interior play room for kids and an exterior playground.
Breakfast was ok for me as an adult, for my young toddler not so many choices, except cereals or scrambled eggs.
The interior play room ventilation was rather too cold, constantly blowing cold air (outside being like 10 degrees).
The entrance to the pool from the woman side, it is extremely slippery, they should install some anti slippery carpets.

Hotel na najwyższym poziomie!Pokoje czyste,herbata,kawa na stoliku,jedzenie przepyszne.Śniadania i obiadokolacje bardzo smaczne i różnorodne.Ciasta,owoce,deserki no i oczywiście ulubiona czekolada i latte pychota.Basen duży z ratownikiem rewelacja!Jazzuzi,sauny!Uwielbiamy tu przyjeżdżać!Wokół las,boisko,sprzęty do ćwiczeń,plac zabaw,cudowny igród z hortensjami.
Dla dzieci brakuje tylko automatów-np.auta,motor.Kiedyś były takie automaty i dla naszych chłopców była to atrakcja.
Absolutnie zachwycona jestem Panią Agatą profesjonalnie prowadzącą Aqua-Areobic z uwzględnieniem moźliwości seniorów.Wspaniala inicjatywa bardzo to doceniam .Wielkie brawa!!!!
