Considering the price I didn’t expect such disappointment
Pros:

Cons:

The sheets were stained in yellow🙄we only realised in the morning since we arrived very late. 1 bath towel and we booked for 2.

And pricey…

Nice and clean and at a reasonable price.
Pros:

I was only there for one night. The hotel is on the edge of the main town are so one can walk into the town to shop or eat. Breakfast was good but not a lot of choice but maybe that's reflected in the price. There is a large car park with a controlled entrance.

Cons:

Nothing really. Would have liked a fridge in my room.

Cons:

Booking.com shows that check out times is 11 but a cleaning lady came knocking at 9 demanding towels , the scary part is that she first knock since i was in the shower i couldn't respond immediately and she let herself in My room Just like that

Pros:

Bed comfortable. Breakfast.

Cons:

Ants in room and bathroom. Telephone did not work neither the light by the beds. Two people in room but only towels for 1 person

Book a room .got charged 3 times.phoned the day before to confirm and find out why charged 3 times,was told they had no booking for us ,but the hotel is empty so we will have place to stay.Got there the day of booking, tried to sort out triple payment, told person not there that sorts out admin.was given a room ,got to room toilet was in pieces in bath room, and not flushed for a while. Got new room. Still waiting for someone to call to sort out triple payment. Have called 4 times

We still feel robbed that we paid for a King room then we were given a room with twin beds, imagine

The staff was not welcoming upon our check in.

We had booked Room 225 , as we entered the I rushed to the bathroom as I was pressed, the button to flush was not functioning properly it kept realizing water.

I called the reception since the hotel room was not working, the female staff member who check us in the room said she is coming, she took time to attend to us. Finally she arrived then she saw that the bathroom had a problem. She then moved us to Room 208 without even apologizing or explaining to us that only Room 208 is available. She was very rude. Room 208 had a twin beds and facing the parking lot, imagine we had paid for the king room with the view facing the pool. I have travelled local and internationally, I can I had never experienced such bad hospitality. My wife and I were very disappointed our time was seriously ruined.Cocroaches in the room ( Room 208).

We couldn’t even have appetite for breakfast.

As we were checking out we spoke to the duty manager about our experience, she did listen to our story unlike Theressa unfortunately we were too disappointed already we did not want to eat the breakfast.

I won't go back
Pros:

The staff are more interested in talking to each other than providing a service. The rooms are old and set of being c closed

It's a shitty place, you would expect this in Africa not here.
