For the money it was good value except for breakfast. It was also wonderful to have parking included

Pros:

Es lag zentral und wir waren mit dem Fahrrad über einen schöne Fahrradstrecke schnell in Locarno und Minioas.

Cons:

Leider war es in der Nacht zu laut,die Straße lag sehr nah und war auch in der Nacht stark befahren.

Wir würden wieder buchen
Pros:

Das Hotel ist für einen Wochenendtripp perfekt. Grosses Zimmer mit Balkon, tolle Parkanlage / Garten, Parkplätze, Bike-Garage, Frühstück ist in Ordnung, sogar ein Ventilator war vorhanden, und sehr freundliches Personal

Cons:

kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer wäre schön gewesen

Una habitación estupenda y luminosa (nos dieron una superior pero con el aviso de suplemento por el uso de la cocina, la estancia era de una noche y no la usamos). El apartamento tenía un balcón con una vista muy bonita. El desayuno estuvo bastante bien, sencillo pero suficiente, en un comedor que conectaba con la terraza.

Cons:

La zona ajardinada del hotel es muy bonita, está algo retirado del centro, pero fácil de llegar desde la carretera. Ticino ticket no lo envían con antelación, , solo lo entregan en el momento de registro, y bueno, no nos ha dado tiempo a usarlo. La recepción tiene el horario reducido.

Le seul point positif est la sympathie des personnes à la réception
Pros:

Le personnel de la réception est très agréable !

Un parking gratuit, et vélos gratuits à disposition.
Environ 15 minutes à pieds du centre-ville d’Ascona, ou bus à moins de 5 minutes de l’hôtel.

Le pass de transport est très apprécié pour visiter l’ensemble de la région.

Cons:

« Hotel » très spartiate… le minimum syndical

Petit déjeuner très décevant.. pas beaucoup de choix, et viennoiseries non fraîches. Aucun produit chaud. (Uniquement pain, nutella, confiture, céréales et jambon)

Le lit pour la troisième personne…..? Un lit de camp. Très inconfortable.

Propreté ok, mais la chambre a été nettoyé qu’un jour sur trois..

Ambiance glauque et froid. Sensation d’être dans une maison de retraite. Odeur très « médical »

Pros:

Das die Anlage sehr groß war. Parkplätze vor der Tür, Mitarbeiter freundlich, Zimmer leider sehr hellhörig und zur Promenade sehr fußläufig, nicht so zentral. Es gibt jedoch kostenlose Bike zu nutzen. FRÜHSTÜCK SOLALA.

Top Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflugsziele, sehr freundliches Personal, überschaubares aber gutes Frühstück. Sehr schöne Parkanlage mit einer grossen Anzahl Parkplätzen direkt vor dem Haus. Sehr grosser Balkon.

Cons:

Leider fehlte eine Klimaanlage. Der Ventilator schafft zwar etwas Abhilfe, aber bei den hohen Temperaturen im Sommer leider zu wenig.
