Sehr zufrieden, gerne weiter empfehlen
Pros:

Sauber, geräumige Zimmer Bad mit grosser Dusche genug Tücher und
Aufhängehaken Balkon mit Tisch, Stühlen und Liegestühlen Lage sehr gut

- perfekte Lage, alles sehr nahe, was hilft! (ÖV, Restaurants, Läden, Ascona zu Fuss 20')
- genügend Platz im Zimmer, um mit dem Elektrorollstuhl zu manövrieren
- Badezimmer für Rollstuhlfahrer zugänglich
- genügend lange Frühstücks Zeiten
- Lobby mit 24/h Bistro, super!

Cons:

Wir waren auf den Lift angewiesen, leider ist dieser plötzlich ausgefallen.
- das Personal schien es nicht benerkt zu haben, erst auf meinen Hinweis erfolgte Reaktion, Aufbieten Service
- wir waren 4h blockiert, es entstand ein ungutes Gefühl bezüglich Abreise, dennoch wollte man uns auf höfliche Anfrage keineswegs entgegenkommen mit einem Bistroguthaben oder ähnlich, was ich sehr schade fand.

Tolles Hotel mit super Preis Leistung. Geräumige, einfache und saubere Zimmer. Einzigartiger Garten, schön und gepflegt. Sehr ruhige Lage. Sehr freundliches Personal. Frühstücksbufet war ganz OK.

Gute Unterkunft für Kurztrip
Pros:

Tolles Frühstücksbuffet mit Gipfeli, Brötli, Käse, Fleisch, Joghurt, Früchte, Müesli, Säfte. Kostenloser Parkplatz, schöne Parkanlage

Cons:

Betten etwas unbequem hart / Zusatzklappbett sehr unbequem für Teenager. Altes Badezimmer ohne Duschkabine.

Nice location and great outdoor area for children
Pros:

Great room set up and size for family with children. Nice to have a little kitchen and sitting area and direct access to the garden. Amazing outdoor area for children. Staff was friendly but it was not always easy to communicate in English (or German or French).

Cons:

Some of the staff could barely speak any other language than Italian, not easy to communicate. One time the cleaning person forgot to close our room after house keeping with all our belongings inside.

Empfehlenswertes Hotel im Hinterland von Ascona
Pros:

Helles Zimmer mit Balkon mit Blick auf eine wunderschöne grosse Parkanlage und in die Berge.
Grosser Parkplatz vor dem Haus, mit Velo Keller.

Pros:

Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel mit einem eingezäunten Park. Hier darf man sich wohlfühlen und wird als Gast freundlich behandelt.

Cons:

Hunde sind im Frühstücksraum nicht erlaubt. Wünschenswert wäre eine alternative Lösung. Unsere Hunde bleiben leider nicht alleine und bellen andauernd wenn sie im Zimmer alleine gelassen werden.
