Good value hotel for solo traveller
Pros:

The room was bigger than I expected from hotels around Ueno. It was good size for a solo traveller. The room was attended everyday even though I did not ask for it. The location is good, near to a strong station and most popular place are walkable.

Cons:

I am used to bigger pillows, so the small ones were just OK. It would also be nice to provide coffee instead of just tea in the room.

良かったです。
Pros:

田舎者で慣れない地下鉄で待ち合わせの場所に移動する必要があったが、地下鉄乗り場までの案内を丁寧に教えて戴き、楽しいひと時を過ごすことが出来ました。

An excellent choice for a low price, simple place to stay.
Pros:

The location and the price were wonderful. It is a simple place to say. I had few expectations other than a place to sleep and stay clean. It was clean and well maintained. The bath, water pressure, and heat of the hot water were incredible.

Cons:

The decor feels very dated. There are no frills to the room, it is a place to stay. If that is all you need, this place is perfect. Also, the cleaning staff will require you to be out at 11 am unless you leave the provided notice on the door.
