The views were beautiful!
The servers in the restaurant were incredible- so kind and warm.
I liked the self serve tea station.
Close to the airport for the last stop on our 12 day trip.
It seems like it’s more about PR and made for influencers than actual quality, heart and attention to detail.
The main areas were always a mess- dirty cups, towels and dishes everywhere.
There’s no menu- it’s very difficult to order and chose what you would like to eat- and there are no prices- so you have no idea that you are ordering a small cheese plate for $50USD. I understand this is a certain style of dining, but it wasn’t ideal for us.
The reception WhatsApp is very unreliable with communication.
The spa services you have to book in advance of your stay- which we were not told, it was all sold out so we codling chose the services we wanted. I did get a massage from a cancellation. The practitioner proposed getting a different massage than the one I booked without telling me it was $70 more. The massage also felt unprofessional and perhaps I don’t know what an Ayurvedic massage is, but I do feel that he was pushing the boundaries of what was appropriate. I emailed the hotel in detail about this but did not hear back.

El servicio fue increíble, las personas de recepción, las de limpieza, en los restaurantes, Carlos el del Gym súper atento, calidad de persona, respetuoso y servicial.
Quiero agradecer especialmente a Alejandro en recepción, Ricky y Emerson que me brindaron ayuda con un incidente que tuve con mi vehículo cerca del lugar. No tenía nada que ver con el hotel y sin dudarlo fueron a ayudarme, estaba sola, de noche, con lluvia, en un lugar oscuro que parecía peligroso y casi sin señal y ellos llegaron a ayudarme, inclusive Emerson que ya había finalizado su jornada laboral.
Realmente los felicito, por encima de todo uno debe rodearse de colaboradores que tengan calidad humana como ellos, para mí eso lo valió todo.
Definitivamente no sólo volveré sino que los recomendaré con mis amistades, familiares y clientas.
Me gustaría poder ver el menú del restaurante vegano con el precio, pedí lo que había para experimentar y nunca vi los precios, algunos me parecieron un poco elevados pero nunca supe que incluía y que no el almuerzo o la cena. Viendo los precios no habría problema en excederme con algunas cosas pero consciente de lo que vale cada cosa.
Al menos podrían brindar todos esos detalles a la hora de describir el menú.
Tolle Location mit atemberaubenden Blick. Nur mit 4x4 Auto erreichbar. Sehr exklusiv, wenige Zimmer, max. 25 Gäste. Sehr gutes vegetarisches Essen. Gehen sehr auf die Wünsche der Gäste ein!
Verdunklungsmöglichkeit des Zimmers nicht ausreichend wenn jemand damit Schlafprobleme nach Sonnenaufgang hat
Good food and drinks.
We told the staff that their peacock would not leave our balcony. There was nothing they could do to remove him, and he kept us up all night screeching right outside our window.
Property itself is beautiful. The common areas are lovely and the pools are amazing. Everything is immaculate.
Despite being rushed off their feet, the two guys running the bar/ restaurant were extremely nice.
The chap who gave us a tour of the hotel on arrival was really nice and helpful.
There are lots of animals that live in and around the hotel - really fun to see peacocks and coati’s just wandering around.
Not enough bar/ restaurant staff to get a drink by the pool. You have to go up to the bar.
The food is distinctly average. It looks nice and very well presented but tastes very bland. We didn’t like having to stick to a set menu. Would prefer some choice or to be able to pay for things not part of the full-board offering.
By comparison to the common areas, the room was mediocre - poor finish
Check-out was odd. No one asked how our stay was and didn’t really say goodbye. Weird experience. Felt like there was an air of arrogance among a lot of staff.
Staff was welcoming. Called you by your first name throughout your stay. Food was amazing. Spa services were excellent. Room very comfortable, beautifully appointed, and the view to die for.
