Prachtige huisjes midden in de jungle met geweldig uitzicht. Oase van rust.
Pros:

Hele mooie huisjes op prachtige locatie met uitzicht op Mt Inerie, meerdere traditionele dorpjes en in de verte de zee. Zeer ruime huisjes, geweldig balkon met view en buitenbed met klamboe om heerlijk te relaxen. Hele rustige plek. Personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het restaurant is 800 meter lopen, maar je kunt ook gratis met de auto gebracht worden. Een appje naar het contact nummer en er staat zo een auto voor je klaar. Ontbijt kan bezorgd worden in het huisje en is heel lekker.

Cons:

We moesten even wennen aan het whatsapp systeem. Veel vragen gaan via whatsapp, maar eigenlijk werkt het heel goed. Daarnaast hadden we pech dat we een avond buren hadden die luidruchtig waren. Gelukkig konden we toen ook een berichtje sturen naar het personeel, waarna zij de buren hebben aangesproken en het geluid ophield.

Tolle Unterkunft, mangelhafter Service
Pros:

Tolle Lage mit super Ausblick.
Die schöne Einrichtung vermittelt gut das Dschungel Flair. Sehr geräumig und tolle Terrasse zum entspannen und frühstücken.
Check-In ist beim Café Heavensdoor.

Cons:

Beim Abendessen im Café Heavensdoor (das ist das Restaurant/ Check-In aller Unterkünfte in Manulalu) haben sie das Gericht meiner Frau vergessen und wir mussten 3 mal nachfragen, bis es dann kam war ich mit meinem Essen schon längst fertig. Bei 2 Serviererinnen für 4 belegte Tische hatte ich da mehr erwartet.
Das Frühstück wird vom Café Havensdoor zur Unterkunft gebracht. Da wir am nächsten Tag eine 190km Rollertour vorhatten, haben wir es uns am Abend auf 8:00 Uhr vorbestellt. Leider musste ich am nächsten Morgen 2 mal nachhaken bis es dann mit über 40 min Verspätung kam, mit der Begründung es ist grade viel los im Café Havensdoor. Dafür das diese Unterkunft 4 mal soviel gekostet hat wie andere auf unserer Reise durch Flores setzte ich hier auch andere Maßstäbe an den Service, dieser war nicht zu unserer Zufriedenheit.

Zeer mooi gelegen met super uitzicht
Pros:

Prachtig gelegen met super uitzicht en jungle sfeer
Zeer ruime bungalows met geweldig terras
Zeer kort bij het traditioneel dorpje Bena en bij de start van de beklimming van de vulkaan Inerie, dus veel beter dan in de stad Bajawa
Gezellig en origineel restaurant met prachtig uitzicht

Cons:

Afstand tussen het restaurant en de kamers is een flinke wandeling

Beautifull location and lovely room and views

Cons:

Ordered food while watching Sunset 15 min before restaurant opened.
We were first dinner guests there.
1 hour after opening food still not arrived and they seemed to have forgotten our order.
No hot water in the shower.
English beakfast not an english beeakfast.
No beans,no sausage.
Basically fried eggs on toast with bit of fried chicken and tasteless fruit (worst we have had in Labuan Bajo)
The room we were in (Jungle 7) was expensive in indonesian terms. I dont mind paying and we wanted a nice place after a night spent in a traditional village, but if you are charging this much then no hot water and bad service is not acceptable.
You can check previous reviews and you will see we are not the type of people that usually complain.

Unfortunately no fruit juice available (machine broke) and lots of dishes not available at the restaurant.

Notre séjour était parfait sur tous les plans ! Les bungalows sont immenses et très jolis. La literie est très confortable. Et la vue est magnifique et vraiment impressionnante. Dépaysement assuré !
Le personnel est au petit soin et ont même eu des attentions supplémentaires pour mon anniversaire. J’ai vraiment apprécié leur accueil ! Merci encore pour tout, vous avez rendu notre séjour si spécial 🙏

Preis und Leistungen stimmen nicht zusammen.
Pros:

Lage ist schön

Cons:

Essen ist nicht gut. Wurde uns kalt serviert. Zimmer nicht so sauber. Shuttle von Zimmern zu Restaurant wären angebracht.
