Incredible value for a relatively spacious property. The environment is quiet, clean, and convenient. The property is also clean and new.

Decent for solo travelling
Pros:

Really close to the station! The beds, linens and bathroom were all really clean too.

Cons:

The walls were thin, I could hear people in the hallways, and there were people skateboarding outside at 1am, and I could hear that too.

Despite some noise and a cramped bathroom, I had a great stay and would gladly return.
Pros:

Excellent location! It is incredibly convenient, with a subway station just around the corner and plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The keyless entry made check-in seamless, and having laundry facilities on-site was a huge plus

Cons:

The room felt dark due to the frosted windows, and the bathroom was very cramped. Noise was also an issue—both from the street and from other guests being loud in the hallways during the night.

Port house Shibuya is the perfect spot for anyone visiting Tokyo.
Pros:

The location was perfect. Bus stop is ride outside and the station is only a 2 minute walk. Tons of food options nearby as well.

Cons:

Lack of storage space in the room but it’s not a dealbreaker in the slightest.
