Pros:

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay here. The checking in process was really easy and straightforward, and staff was nice and responsive. The location is great - super close to a train station and surrounded by cafes & restaurants. The room is pretty small but that's to be expected so it was completely ok. Overall good experience!

Pros:

Amazing stay in Port House! Super accessible by public transport, very clean and friendly owners. They have a washing machine and dryer you can use for ¥500. The WiFi is great for getting some work done. The terrace has sunshine practically the whole day. They also made a map and website with great recommendations for food and drinks in the neighbourhood - tested and very much approved!
10/10, perfect stay.

Great location, good value for money, and ultimately a home base to return to when you need to sleep after your adventur
Pros:

Great location, and has all the amenities needed to get through a long haul trip.

Cons:

The washroom was so small I could use the toilet, dry myself, or bend over.

Localização excepcional. Muito fácil acesso aos principais pontos turísticos de Tokyo. Quarto pequeno mas confortável, espaço de convivência agradável para fazer pequenas refeições

Cons:

O banheiro tem um pé direito baixo. Se você tem mais de 1,85 é incômodo pra tomar banho e utilizar o vaso sanitário, mas pra mim (Tenho 1,79) funcionou bem.

A limpeza do quarto era OK. Não é no nível de um hotel de alto padrão (O duto de ventilação tinha marcas de poeira) mas os banheiros e o quarto estavam bem limpos quando chegamos. Também não recomendo abrir a janela, pois existem varios restaurantes no entorno e o quarto vai ficar com cheiro de fritura

Decent for solo travelling
Pros:

Really close to the station! The beds, linens and bathroom were all really clean too.

Cons:

The walls were thin, I could hear people in the hallways, and there were people skateboarding outside at 1am, and I could hear that too.

Despite some noise and a cramped bathroom, I had a great stay and would gladly return.
Pros:

Excellent location! It is incredibly convenient, with a subway station just around the corner and plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The keyless entry made check-in seamless, and having laundry facilities on-site was a huge plus

Cons:

The room felt dark due to the frosted windows, and the bathroom was very cramped. Noise was also an issue—both from the street and from other guests being loud in the hallways during the night.
