Lovely hotel, a car would be an advantage
Pros:

Lovely room, pool area.

Cons:

Need a car as it is out of town. Taxis aren’t cheap to go into town every night.

Sehr schönes Hotel in einer absolut ruhigen Lage
Pros:

Gastfreundliche Atmosphäre. Das Haus ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber trotzdem sehr angenehm und schön. Habe meine Aufenthalt vor der anstehenden (sehr frühen) Abreise zur Fähre sehr genossen. Sehr schönes Hotel in einer absolut ruhigen Lage an einem Vorort von Bastia. Mit dem Motorrad in ca. 8 Minuten zum Stadtzentrum und zum Hafen.
Die Lage, die Aussicht, der gratis Wasserspender (normales und Sodawasser ), der Pool, gutes Abendessen, das freundliche Personal sind top. Für eine Abreise (bei früher Fährüberfahrt) sehr zu empfehlen.

Great hotel for a break or to explore
Pros:

Lovely spot - nice enough to sit by the pool or in a hammock then have dinner or use as a base to explore

Cons:

The only small niggle is that the bar service and dinner service were quite slow and a bit random. The second night the menu we were given was not the same as the food that came! The team were lovely but some system issues somewhere

Hotel Pietracap voldeed helaas niet aan onze wensen en verwachtingen voor een ontspannen verblijf eat betreft accommodatie en sfeer. Het hotel en de door ons geboekte kamer maakten een verouderde indruk. Ook een andere aangeboden kamer kon dit niet veranderen. Wat ons betreft geen hedendaags 4-sterrenhotel waardig. Daarom hebben wij gevraagd of we de resterende nachten van onze boeking kosteloos konden annuleren. Helaas was dit niet mogelijk.

Dat een hotel, de sfeer en samenstelling van de gasten anders uitpakt dan verwacht, kan gebeuren. Juist dan laat een hotel zien hoe belangrijk gastvrijheid en service echt zijn. Wij vonden het daarom teleurstellend dat er geen bereidheid was tot flexibiliteit en (gedeeltelijk) geld teruggave. In plaats daarvan werd strikt vastgehouden aan de boekingsvoorwaarden, waardoor wij als ontevreden gasten vertrokken, op zoek moesten naar een ander hotel én de volledige rekening betaalden.

Ook goed om te weten: het hotel heeft niet/nauwelijks mobiel bereik. Er is wel prima wifi aanwezig maar bellen/sms’en is vrijwel onmogelijk.
