Pros:

Fijne kamer, groot.

Cons:

Haar gevonden in bed. Ontbijt is klein en geen keuze, je moet het allemaal maar net lekker vinden. Op de 2e verdieping kun je drinken pakken de hele dag door. Daardoor kreeg je bij het ontbijt niks.

Beautiful luxury hotel with amazing amenities and staff
Pros:

The room was very spacious. The location was also great, with it only being 2 minutes away from the train station that had a major train line. The bathrooms were also clean and the staff were very friendly

Cons:

There was no washing machine on site but there was one 10 minutes away, minor inconvenience. The breakfast was also quite small, but allowed us to explore other food options!

Pros:

サプライズを急遽依頼したのでずが、レセプションの方の対応から、お部屋のセッティングを行っていただいた方皆様丁寧で感謝しかありません。
客室でも貸し出しのボードゲームができるとの事で一泊では足りないほど有意義な時間を過ごせました。

Ansprechendes, aber nicht ganz perfektes Hotel
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, wenige Schritte vom Bahnhof Ikebukuro in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Das Viertel ist an sich lebhaft, aber davon merkt man im Hotel nichts.
Design und Ausstattung sind stimmig und ansprechend.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Wir fanden sie Matratzen sehr gut (hart).
Das Frühstück wird wunschgemäß morgens in kleinen Körbchen vor die Tür gestellt. Das Gebäck kann im Zimmer dank eines kleinen Ofens aufgebacken werden.

Cons:

Größtes Minus: Unser Zimmer hatte kein Fenster, Lüften daher unmöglich, angebotene Raumdüfte wollten wir nicht benutzen. Es gibt aber wohl Zimmer mit natürlichem Licht.
Das Frühstück variiert nicht, was bei längeren Aufenthalten eventuell stören könnte.
Die Zimmer werden nur jeden zweiten Tag gereinigt, d.h. Betten werden nicht gemacht, es wird nicht gesaugt oder gewischt, die Handtücher jedoch täglich gewechselt.
Der Check-in inkl. Zimmerkartenausgabe muss selber an einem Terminal durchgeführt werden, was nach einer langen Anreise mühsam ist.

是簡單精緻的飯店，第一次住宿感受很不錯，未來可能還會再選擇入住
Pros:

飯店房間很漂亮，空間也蠻大，服務也很好，自行取用的一次性備品品質也不錯，房間裡甚至有桑拿可以使用，覺得住宿體驗超乎預期。

Cons:

早餐沒有素食選項非常可惜，但除此之外沒有什麼好挑惕的。

Relaxing and exactly what we needed!
Pros:

Fabulous location, amazing room, comfortable beds and pillows, larger room than most Japanese rooms, must sauna and spa in our room, wellness pack (face mask, hair treatment, sauna salts etc) exactly what we needed before the long flight home!

Cons:

There was a bit of construction surrounding the property but that is just part of Japan
