Luxurious, beautiful and relaxing.
Pros:

This hotel is total luxury. From the beautiful reception staff, to the amenities, to the mist sauna - you could never get anything like this at one of the big chain hotels for the price. I nearly cried I was so happy. The interior design, the attention to detail in terms of the amenities, the second floor with drinks and pastries...the colour palette - everything was perfect. Do yourself a favour and stay here. Tokyo is so exhausting and this hotel completely restores you. The room was spacious, well designed and beautiful and the little courtyard was a treat.

The reception staff were so smart and kind and friendly - and very good looking! Even though I looked like a mess and my husband and kids looked like a mess after so much travelling, they were so polite and kind and made feel like we belonged.

Thankyou Hisoca team, you made us feel very happy and relaxed.

Cons:

Excellent experience!!!
Pros:

We were very pleased with our stay, the room was splendid with soft colours and nicely curved interior and we had lovely and delicious breakfast.The staff was very friendly and helpful! They even helped us to get some tickets we could't hardly book on forehand from our country. We'll surely come back here when we are in Tokyo again!
