Pros:

They were a kind lady and her husband.

Cons:

I wish they had a microwave.
But the Bergen city public transport system is very bad.dont go if you don't have a car.
Really 😞 shame for country like Germany

Sehr freundlich und sehr familiär :) Das frisch zubereitete Ei und Frühstück war sehr lecker und das Zimmer super schön , verspielt und sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Zimmer war sehr groß auch das Bad war geräumig.

Cons:

Frühstück an großen Tischen ist nicht unser Ding.Die Bettdecken waren viel zu dick,es kam kaum Wasser aus der Brauseamatur an der Badewanne.

Camera pulitissima, colazione ricchissima e abbondante, la proprietaria è molto cordiale e disponibile. Eravamo di passaggio e ci siamo fermati una notte sola, ma è stato estremamente piacevole.

Cons:

Leider war die Stimmung nicht schön :( Da die Hotelbesitzerin mit ihrem gebrochenen Bein leider keine richtige Unterstützung hatte.
Wir hoffen, dass die Hotelbesitzerin schnell wieder fit wird und ihre Gäste wieder gut versorgen kann!

Als Urlauber möchte man in einer Unterkunft eine schöne und entspannte Zeit verbringen.

Pros:

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit unheimlich liebenswerten Inhabern, die super Tipps geben, wo die schönsten Ecken in der Lüneburger Heide sind. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und aufgrund der Räumlichkeiten finden sich immer sehr nette Gesprächspartner.

A good stay in a small, peaceful town
Pros:

Location was good
No frills accomodation
Basic cleanliness was good
Enough places for family of 4 to sleep peacefully
Peaceful, hasslefree and great hosts!

Cons:

Lack of ventilation - only one window - felt uncomfortable to sleep during high summer days - when it was hot
Beds for children were not so comfortable (foldable beds) and the blankets were short (legs were sticking out)

Wir würden immer wieder diese Unterkunft buchen.
Pros:

Sehr saubere und gemütliche Wohnung um seine Ausflüge nach Heide Park Soltau oder die Lüneburger Heide zu Starten.
Außerdem ist das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und ausgesprochen freundlich.

Cons:

Gibt nicht zu meckern.

A very very nice place to stay when in transit.
Pros:

Friendliest staff there is, great breakfast buffe (although the coffee could have been stronger). If we hade mentioned it I am sure it would have been fixed but we did not have the time.

Cons:

Being most likely a transit hotel, offering breakfast a bit earlier would have been appreciated. Breakfast starts 8 but if you order eggs and croissants, which is a nice feature, it took about 30 minutes so earliest you can be off is 8.45 - 9-ish. Asking for custom order for breakfast on arrival so that it can be made a bit earlier, would maybe be an idea or just explain that it will take some time.
