Pros:

Ich habe ein Upgrade erhalten. Das Zimmer einigermaßen ruhig gelegen und gut ausgestattet. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Anbindung über Tram/Bus und S-Bahn in die Innenstadt ist gut; beides hält quasi vor der Haustür.

Good but not that good.

Value for money, really central, comfortable room and bed.

Cons:

The staff at the buffet was really grumpy. Come on, you are dealing with people and having a smile and polite approach wouldn't hurt you!
Also, the quality and variety of the breakfast buffet was really bad.

Ein gutes Hotel mit super Frühstück
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren sauber, das Hotel macht einen guten Eindruck. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Betren bequem. Das aFrühstücksbuffet war Sauber und Ordentlich angerichtet, es war alles frisch und lecker. Der Kaffee schmeckte gut und der Service war freundlich und Aufmerksam

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt etwas abgelegen und hat leider keine Klima Anlage oder Minibar.
