Das Hotel ist das Geld nicht wert!
Pros:

Die Lage war super!

Cons:

Das Zimmer war wirklich dreckig. Es wurde dort schon länger nicht mehr geputzt und die Flecken auf der Bettwäsche waren ekelhaft.
Das Frühstück wurde als reichhaltig bezeichnet, aber es gab nur billige Wurst und ranzige Margarine.

Charmant historisch, aber Mängel bei der Sauberkeit
Pros:

Ich mag an dem Hotel die verkehrsgünstige zentrale Lage, dennoch war es in meinem Zimmer angenehm ruhig. Die Innenausstattung samt Aufzug sind historisch und geben dem Hotel eine besondere persönliche Note.

Cons:

Der in der Zimmerbeschrribung erwähnte Wasserkocher befand sich nicht im Zimmer.
Schwerwiegender war, dass die Toilette mit Kotspuren und Haaren verdreckt war, und auch die Toilettenbürste war verschmutzt - ein echtes No-Go. Das trübt leider den Gesamteindruck.

Sehr nettes Personal, gute Matratzen.

Cons:

In puncto Frühstück hat das Xantener Eck sehr nachgelassen, es gab weder Obst noch Gurke oder Tomaten. Schade. Wir werden uns wohl nach einem anderen Hotel umsehen.

Хороший отель. Рядом с метро и автобусами. Есть много хороших ресторанов рядом. Останавливаемся в этом отеле не первый год, когда приезжаем в Берлин. Персонал очень отзывчивый, всегда поможет.

Séjour très agréable.
Pros:

J'ai beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse du personnel et sa réactivité. Je voyageais avec un groupe de scolaires et nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de bienveillance. Ensuite, les chambres étaient confortables, avec tout le nécessaire pour quelques jours à Berlin. C'est une belle adresse que je recommande vivement!

Cons:

Une bouilloire et/ou une cafetière serait, à mon avis, un plus! Sinon, tout était bien!

Die Zimmerqualität
Es war zwar nicht dreckig aber der Fußboden ist aus Teppich und es gab in unserem Zimmer überall Flecken.
In Bad steht nach dem Spülen hinter dem Klo etwas Wasser.
Die Duschkabine schließt nicht vollständig und ist an den Dichtungen sehr moderig.
Generell ist hier eine Renovierung notwendig.
Es ist ein Altbau, das ist uns bewusst, aber an Sanitären Einrichtungen kann man etwas verbessern.

Pros:

Location is brilliant. Breakfast room and food traditionally German, which I loved. Pub downstairs has great beer and huge meals.

Zimmerausstattung, mit alten, etwas ungepflegten Mobiliar, Fenster schlecht zu öffnen und zu schließen,
im Bad wenig Ablage- und Aufhängemöglichkeiten für zwei Personen, TV mit mangelhafter Funktion, nur 7 Programme, Bedienungsanweisung nicht vorhanden.
Frühstück wenig anspruchsvoll, Auswahl immer dasselbe, aber reichlich vorhanden
