Pros:

Am besten die Lage, sehr schön, dass das Restaurant Xantener Eck nebenan ist.Gutes Essen und sehr gute Auswahl an Bier auch alkoholfrei.
Das Bett ist relativ neu und gut.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung des Zimmers, der Teppichboden ist grenzwertig, hat viele Flecken. Das Bad ist sehr klein, die Dusche müsste dringend modernisiert werden u.A. .mit einem Einhebelmischer.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war angenehm groß und die Lage ist gut, da eine U-Bahn gleich in der Nähe ist.
Das Frühstück war gut, es gab alles was man braucht.
Das Restaurant ist sehr gut und preiswert.

Cons:

Der Teppichboden im Zimmer geht gar nicht. Uralt und mit Flecken.
Auch die übrigen Möbel haben starke Gebrauchsspuren.
Der Boden quietscht bei jedem Schritt.
Das Hotel liegt direkt an eine Hauptstraße, aber nachts war es etwas ruhiger.
Einen Wasserkocher gab es auch nicht, obwohl in der Beschreibung aufgeführt.

Für 2 Nächte in Ordnung
Pros:

Nähe zur U-Bahn war super.
Restaurant/Gaststätte unter der Pension (steht auch so auf dem Schild am Eingang) praktisch. Frühstück ausreichend.
Ansonsten für 2 Nächte ohne große Ansprüche in Ordnung.

Cons:

Betten leider viel zu weich aber sauber.
Das Bad ist 'leicht" renovierungsbedürftig
Es wurden beizeiten die Schnitzel für die Gaststätte unter der Pension zubereitet, also platt gemacht. Dadurch war die Nacht früh zu Ende. Sehr laut.
Fernseher defekt.

Great value, would definitely stay again. It is nothing luxurious but it is great value.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, location perfect. Hotel has its own restaurant and the food was excellent

Cons:

The beds were quite soft, but we still slept well.
