Dostupnost do centra a na MHD, množství obchodů a zoo v blízkosti. Rozmanitá snídaně v ceně. Ideální kompaktní ubytování vhodné pro poznávání města.

Cons:

WiFi moc nefungovala, starší vybavení na kterém je bohužel jeho věk vidět. Celkově hlučnější prostředí - auta z ulice byla z ulice slyšet a vrzání podlah bylo slyšet i z vedlejších pokojů. Ale když je na to člověk připraven, jde to.

Locatie is top! Ook heel fijn dat er een restaurant onder hotel is. Gezellige klassieke uitstraling. Mooie entree op de begane grond en prachtige authentieke lift.

Cons:

Vloerbedekking in kamers is aan vernieuwing toe.

Wegen der guten Lage kann man einige Mängel in Kauf nehmen.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut, Anbindung an Bus und Bahn erstklassig. Gute Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Cons:

In den ersten Tagen war der Aufzug kaputt. Auf die Frage, wann er wieder funktionieren könnte, kam die Antwort: "Das ist nicht unser Problem, dafür ist die Hausverwaltung zuständig." Da ich auf einen Aufzug wegen einer Behinderung nicht gut verzichten kann, war diese Antwort nicht sehr hilfreich. Zum Glück war es nur in der 1. Etage, meinen Koffer bei der Ankunft hat ein anderer Gast getragen; bei der Abreise funktionierte der Aufzug wieder.

Персонал приветливый, русскоговорящий, Постель чистая, завтрак достаточно обильный и разнообразный, кофе, чай, молоко, хлопья, яйца, сыр, масло, колбаса, тостер, булочки, повидло, сок, помидоры, огурцы. Прямо под отелем ресторан национальной кухни с русским меню)))) недалеко чудесный Берлинский зоопарк обязательный к посещению)

Cons:

Кровать односпальная ну слииишком узкая. Полы так скрипят, что если в соседнем номере кто то ходит ночью, можно и проснуться))

Für eine Nacht aushaltbar....

Die Lage war Top...Die Bettwäsche war sauber...Füreinander Nacht ging es...

Das Zimmer ist heruntergekommen...Der Teppich bestand nur aus Flecken, das Bad war zwar sauber,aber die Dusche muss dringend grunderneuert werden...Die Matratzen waren ok, das gesamte Bett jedoch super schmuddelig und der Stoff ziemlich eklig...Teilweise waren die Handtücher zerschlissen...Für den Preis erwartet man nicht allzu viel,aber es war einfach nur abgewohnt...Der Boden gibt überall nach,was dazu führt,dass man auch ne ordentliche Geräuschkulisse aus den anderen Zimmern hat...Der Fernseher hatte nur regionale Programme, alle anderen waren nicht verfügbar...Das Frühstück war ok,mehr aber auch nicht...Nochmal würde ich hier nicht buchen...

Kleines Hotel im Herzen von (West) Berlin

Nach den bisherigen Bewertungen hatte ich mit einigem gerechnet und gedacht, für eine Nacht wird’s schon gehen. Aber es war alles in Ordnung. Der Teppich hatte keine Flecken, die Möbel waren gut, so aus den Nullerjahren. Das Zimmer war größer als üblich, mit Schreibtisch und Sessel. Es sah so aus wie auf den Bildern. Auch das Bad war mit allem ausgestattet. Ich kann die negativen Bewertungen nicht bestätigen, mein Zimmer war jedenfalls ok. Auch das Frühstück war in der Preiskategorie mehr als ausreichend.

Cons:

Leider konnte ich mein Gepäck nicht aufbewahren lassen, da die Rezeption erst nach dem Checkout ab 11 Uhr besetzt ist. Diese Funktion bitte aus dem Angebot streichen. Eigentlich schade.
