Pros:

Loved the tatami room and supplied dressing gowns. The onsen.

Cons:

We could not eat at the hotel as you had to have prebooked for all meals. We were not aware of this and it would have been helpful to know before our arrival.

Cons:

The staff member at check out didn't want to help. Another guest made her do her lob. We wanted a taxi for the station but the driver took us to the shinkensin station. Did the staff member do the wrong thing by us?

スタッフの方は海外の方でしたが、とても親切で快適に過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました。

部屋の匂いが気になりました。多分ですが、壁などに染み込んでいるようですので、どうしようもないのかなとは思いますが。
