Pros:

La struttura é in una buona posizione poco distante dalla stazione di Porta Nuova,la stanza e il bagno erano abbastanza puliti buon rapporto qualità prezzo

Cons:

L'insonorizzazione della stanza é pressapoco inesistente e anche chiudendo tutte le finestre sentivo tutti rumori provenienti dalla strada,che continuavano fino a quasi le due di notte e cominciavano a ripartire verso le cinque del mattino,in un giorno lavorativo,molto difficile dormire

Cons:

The toilet leaked and had soaked the floor on arrival. We booked on the assume that parking was included yet had to pay again on check in along with more city tax although this also looked to be included on booking.

.Da evitare assolutamente!Zona malfamata !prostituta seduta di fronte perennemente,fino alle 03 schiamazzi continui...abbiam visto un arresto in diretta!impossibile uscire di sera!
Gestione cinese con relativi problemi di lingua!
Ci siamo fermati per 4 notti che sono state da incubo!la struttura dei anni 80 che cade a pezzi!Abbiamo abboccato al offerta di booking con prima notte a 79...altre 109 € è un vero furto!

Bugs and leftover food!

The position is great, being next to the central station. The staff was also comprehensive and overall nice

Cons:

Unfortunately many things did not go well.
The room I got was really dirty. The table was sticky, dust was everywhere, the bathroom felt like it was used right before my arrival since the shower was wet and there were some opened bath soap packages. Air conditioner was not working, which, considering the amount of dust and the dead bugs near it, was probably a good thing.
The worst part was finding some leftover food that looked like it was there at least from a week or 2 before in the mini fridge with a cockroach near it!
I slept one night in this room (was too tired to argue with the reception, which since it was late was also missing anyway) and I think I got bitten by some bed bugs, since the next day I woke up with a mark on my neck (but could've been a mosquito, so I'm not sure about that).
I asked to change room the next day, which fortunately they did and it was waaaay bettere. Still a bit dirty, and I got two single beds instead of a double one, which was not so comfortable, but at least the AC worked (side note: it has a racist sticker on it and the remote was failing frequently) and the bathroom was clean.
In both rooms doors won't close easily from the outside when you leave, you need to turn the key while closing to avoid slamming the door really hard

Pros:

Proche de la gare

Cons:

Nous avions réservé pour 4 nuits. Nous nous sommes enfuis à la 3ème nuit. Hotel pour public averti ! Hotel de passe? Bruyant, très mauvaise insonorisation, bruits nocturnes portes qui claques, alarme incendie à 2 reprises dans la nuit...! petit déjeuner compris dans le séjour de mauvaise qualité , à éviter ! Personnel ne parlant pas Italien, compliqué pour se faire comprendre. Le seul point positif c est l emplacement ( c est sur ce point que je me suis fait avoir) , à 2 pas de la gare .
Je ne comprends pas pourquoi Booking a ce type d établissement sur son site.

l'emplacement,avec la possibilité de laisser les bagages après avoir libérer la chambre.
Nous avons pu avoir les clés alors que nous étions en avance.

Cons:

la chambre donnant sur la rue Saluzzo est un peu bruyante mais bonne isolation phonique fenetre fermée.
