Pros:

Flexibility of the manager, location and availability of enough cooking utensils

Cons:

Main entrance is in a narrow alley way at the back of the property which may not be safe.

No sign in front that directs new customers to the entrance for vehicles.

Nice stay
Pros:

Good location, comfortable room with other facilities, but no breakfast. I suggest at leat put some snacks, including sugar and tea, for the first day in case the guest arrives at night or is new to the place.

Cons:

Not having breakfast. Not having snacks and the likes for day one.

Pros:

The location is great, the rooms are specious enough and the building is accessible 24/7.

Cons:

The bedding was not clean, the room lacks basic amenities that you would expect in this kind of accomodation. E.g no Kettle, adapters.

Comfortable & convenience in Harare
Pros:

Great location and 24-hour access/reception as we were delayed coming in so required late check in. Terence was on duty and helped us at 1am when we arrived and the next day he helped us find food and a taxi driver that took us everywhere we needed to go. Terence took such great care of us.

Cons:

The light in one room didn’t work. I would have let reception know but since we got in late I didn’t want to bother them about it.
