Go there with minimum expectations.
Pros:

Location is central & thats the only positive point about this property. Staff is good, mr shiva was very helpful.

Cons:

Rooms are old and need refurbishment immediately, bed was hard, even pillows were hard, asked for soft pillow but could get only one in between two persons. Phone was not working, had to go three floor downstairs to complain. Room rent very high as compared to facilities, there are plenty of good options available nearby in half rate.
