Great location because i visited to see some Roman ruins

It would have got 5 stars if there had been hot water!
Pros:

A good full English included in the price, plus there was tea making facilities in the room, topped up every day.
The staff very cheerful.
Bedding was clean.

Cons:

On the morning I was leaving there was no hot water, so no shower. When I mentioned it, the comment was that probably all the hot water had been used!!
Walls were thin. You could hear the people in the next room.

Pros:

We had a good stay. The staffs are all very friendly and helpful. Most importantly, it is near to the train station and bus stop for AD122 Hadrian's Wall Country Bus.
