The staff were really good and friendly. The bedroom was very good the bath room was a little small. The pub is an old pub so in traditional condition. The food was good and a good menu.
With the pub, location and age, you get what you pay for. Would stay again if in the area.

Decent price, a few minutes walk from the train station. Decent place for a short stay in Hexham.
The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. The wifi was very good. There was free parking just a couple of minutes from the hotel.
I had told them I was vegan but couldn't have toast with my breakfast as there was no margarine. They did however have veggie sausages. The coffee was instant.

The food was over cooked and very greasy,our room mould around the shower no pug to plug the lamp in ( beside the bed no need as no plug socket)
In establishment needs a refresh as the place is looking very very dated the pictures online make the place look more presentable than it is to entice you to book with them overall very very shabby would never go again

Very reasonably priced, the room was clean and comfortable. The evening meal was really good too, with homemade chips!
