In overall This place was a good deal. I will definitely come back.
Pros:

The place was real thoughtful, homelike and cozy. I did not expect this level of details for a boutique hotel like this.

Cons:

The room was quite small, tight, I can barely move.

Pros:

Loved this hotel and stuff there! It was always nice to have a chat/suggestion. We had windows facing east, so enjoyed the sunrise straight from the balcony! They also provided bicycles.

Das Hotel ist wunderschön, alles ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber! Das Hotelpersonal und die Besitzer sind super bemüht und aufmerksam ihren Gästen gegenüber. Man kann kostenfrei ein Fahrrad ausleihen, was zum erkunden der Stadt aber auch der Umgebung super ist (bin auch zum Strand damit gefahren).

Cons:

Dafür kann das Hotel absolut nichts, aber in der Straße sind viele Bars/ Lokale, die bis in die Nacht sehr laut Musik abspielen, was ich etwas nervig fand. Dadurch dass das Hotel einer Sackgasse liegt ist wenigstens kein Verkehr zu hören.

Pros:

The hotel is really nice, with new furniture and really clean. The atmosphere is also really relaxing, and it’s super quiet at night. It’s only 10 minutes walk to the old town, and you can get bikes for free to bike to the rice fields! The staff was amazing: both Emily and Nancy were super helpful. They helped us organize transfer to Hue on our last day, and gave us a lot of tips and recommendations in Hoi An and around! Overall, amazing stay!

Absolutely incredible staff, with stylish design and decor.
Pros:

This hotel has the absolute best staff. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, you’ll be taken care of exceptionally well. Emily and Nancy offer such attentive, hands-on concierge service, and planned so many different things for me - my rides to and from the airport (at a cheaper rate than Grab offers), tickets for local shows and performances, and outings with tour companies.
I also loved being able to borrow a bike from the hotel. Taking that bike out for a ride through the rice fields was one of the top highlights of my time in Vietnam. The hotel is stylish, well decorated, and I will gladly come back to this hotel if I find myself in Hoi An again.

Cons:

It’s a short walk from the hotel into the old town. This wasn’t really an issue for me, but just know that you won’t be completely central. I did enjoy being slightly outside of the hustle and bustle, though.

Pros:

El personal es excepcional con una atención exquisita. Siempre antentas y dispuestas a ayudar.
La decoración está súper cuidada, sobre todo en la zona común. La situación es buena, un poco alejada del centro, unos 12 minutos a pie, pero gracias a eso es muy tranquilo. Nuestra habitación amplia y con un agradable balcón. El desayuno también bueno y servido con una vajilla muy en linea con el resto del hotel.

Cons:

La habitación resulta un poco oscura por el cemento y colores usados en la decoración.

Agréable bien situé très joli
Pros:

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel idéalement situé. La décoration est originale et soignée, on se croirait dans une petite galerie d’art. La patronne est particulièrement sympathique et accueillante, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Beautiful hotel in Hoi an
Pros:

This was the best hotel we stayed in Vietnam (out of more than 10 hotels overall). Nancy and Emily were so nice and helpful and gave us a list of places to visit. The room and shared space are beautiful. We used the hotel bicycles to visit vegetable island and the beach and everything was just perfect
