Good hotel close by hoi an
Pros:

The location is great, a close walking distance to the centre. They have free drinking water avaliable at reception and are happy to help with advice or bicycle rent when needed. The rooms are clean and a good size.

Cons:

Like many places in vietnam, the water wasn't always hot, i also had some struggles with the air-conditioning at times. Also like most hotels in virtnam, the beds were quite hard.

Het is dichtbij de old town. Schoon verblijf. Warme douche. Aardige receptionistes, met cadeautje achteraf. Gratis water/thee/koffie. Heel fijn blaadje gekregen met tips qua activiteiten, restaurants etc.

Cons:

Kleine kamer, maar alles wat je nodig hebt!

Everything was amazing — truly the best stay ever! The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. They assisted us with booking tickets and made sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. The rooms were very clean, fresh, and comfortable. The hotel is located right in the heart of Hoi An, which makes it very convenient to explore the city. In the lobby, there is free water, tea, and Vietnamese coffee available, which was a lovely touch.

It was an absolutely incredible stay. I highly recommend this hotel, and if I ever come back to Hoi An, I will definitely stay here again!

Good to be back!
Pros:

My second time here so they must be doing something right! Staff as friendly as ever and answered my messages quickly before I got there regarding onward travel. Perfect location, lots of cafes etc on the same street, 2 minutes walk to the centre but on a quiet street so chilled. The free water, use of kettle and local coffee was great and the breakfast is about the best deal I've had in SE Asia

Cons:

It's great to have a fridge in the room but it goes off when you take the key card out which kinda defeats the point of a fridge. ( Tip for ya- I was a bit naughty and took mine off the key fob... )

Pros:

The place is very clean and extremely well maintained. The location is perfect and close to everything. The hosts are very attentive and truly care about their guests. I highly recommend this place, the value for money is incredible.

Amazing would come again!
Pros:

Everything; staff were amazing and helpful, room was lovely and clean even had a cleaner that made our beds. For a one star hotel it was brilliant can’t recommend enough!

Cons:

Towels were thin and room walls were thin, but because the facilities were well maintained and staff were amazing It wasn’t a big deal. Considering walls were thin didn’t have any problems with neighbours.

Big room, great location!
Pros:

It was a lovely location! Everywhere is walkable and there's also lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Room was pretty big considering its a "budget" hotel. I love how upon checking in, the staff would provide a list of activities and recommended food and restaurants to try! I would definitely stay at this place again.

Cons:

The bed could be better, its pretty stiff but it's still fine for me.
