Pros:

The room was OK, but had a bit of a funny smell inside and the beds were also quite hard and not the most comfortable. Service is very friendly and I will say in the room the shower was pretty good with hot water and good pressure. The AC worked OK.

Cons:

Bed was hard, and room smelled. Shower towel is very scratchy.

Great value for money, comfortable stay.
Pros:

The best deal ever, so cheap and nearby ancient town all within walking distance.
Hotel room were excellent, so many power points, clean linens and sheets, plenty of fresh towels and my room even had a small balcony overlooking the road below🥰
Environment very safe for solo female travellers too!

Cons:

The only mirror was the one in the bathroom but it’s alright, not a big deal.

Comfortable, strategic location, and excellent value for the stay.
Pros:

The strategic location to the owl town and its quietness at night as it’s not located next to the main road. There are a lot of good restaurants within 5 minutes walk and in-house tailor shop available as well. The hot water supply is sufficient, and the sound insulation is adequate.

Cons:

None that I can think of. Perhaps it’s noteworthy for some travellers to know that the mattress is on a firmer side.

Estancia cómoda en el corazón de hoi an
Pros:

La ubicación, y el staff. Nos permitieron dejar el equipaje antes del check-in y después del check out gratis. También pudimos ducharnos antes de hacer el check-in después de pasar 13 horas en un bus nocturno.
La habitación además es bonita y limpia y la cama es comoda.

Cons:

El agua caliente no funcionaba muy bien en nuestra habitación.

店员姑娘很友善热情，设施会详细讲解，本来想续住一天没有房间了。地理位置很不错，步行离福建会馆、晚上看灯都很近。附近很多吃饭的地方。房间干净整洁

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Their English is very good, and they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The rooms are small but were good.

Staff molto professionale e gentile, disponibile ad aiutarti con ottimi consigli, posizione ottima.
Possibilità di noleggiare biciclette e scooter.
Inoltre ci siamo trovati benissimo con il negozio di sartoria Izi che si trovava praticamente all'interno dell'hotel!
