Really enjoyed our stay in Dawn Villa - the girl working there couldn't be more helpful. Our room was spacious, clean & comfortable. A few minutes walk from the Old Town, the location was very convenient - nice & quiet but still close enough to the thick of it!

Our room was very clean which is most important to me when selecting a place to stay. This is a family run business. Everyone was very friendly and helpful making sure that our time in Hoi An was exceptional which it was.

The staff was great, so welcoming and nice.
We also loved the location, because it's near the centre, but also in the quiet street, allowing good night sleep.
The room has everything you'll need and the balcony is a plus.

I truly can’t recommend this place highly enough. The rooms are spacious, very clean and well cared for. The location is perfect and only a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go. What really made our stay special, though, was the family. They were exceptionally welcoming, kind, and genuinely thoughtful throughout our visit. this stay exceeded all expectations. We would return in a heartbeat.

Large comfortable rooms, great bathrooms and very clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Five minutes from the Old Town and so it was quiet.

Great place to stay not far from town. Comfortable bed and nice family that will help with any questions you have.

Dawn Villa is an excellent place to stay in Hoi An, just a short 5–6 minute walk to the shops and Ancient Town, a 10-minute drive or 20-minute cycle to the beach and rice paddies. The location is perfect: close to everything but tucked away at the end of a quiet road, so you’re away from the noise of the main street.

The hosts are absolutely lovely - always welcoming, kind, and incredibly helpful. Whether you need local recommendations, a taxi to or from the airport, or help booking anything, they’re super attentive and happy to assist.

The room itself was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax after a day out.

Overall, a fantastic stay. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Hoi An!

The care and attention we received here was incredible. We were looked after from when we arrived until we left. The attention to detail regarding recommendations, booking our transfers and personal keep sakes. I couldn’t recommend this location more.
