Large rooms, comfortable beds, nice porch area, owners were wonderful and helpful

Cons:

All was great. If anything, it is slightly away from the main Old Town area which meant it was nice and quiet, but it is close enough that you’re only 3-5mins Grab/Bicycle ride to the main Old Town. Also, there is no elevator but the stairwell was quite nicely built - my 76yr old mother was easily able to walk up to her (& my daughter’s) twin room on the first floor

Pros:

The host, Trang, was amazing and so helpful. The room was spacious, bright and clean. The bathroom was also clean and well-stocked. The only downside we found was the lack of elevator, but the hosts helped us get our luggage up and down to our room in the second floor so it was okay.
Trang helped us with some events booking and a taxi to the airport.
They also provide laundry service which takes less than 24 hours even for a large amount. They charge ~30 grands per kilo which was quite reasonable.

Cons:

Nothing, all was great.

Clean and beautiful
Pros:

The homestay is very clean and beautiful. The homestay is run by a family. Very sweet ones. Had a pleasant stay with all amenities and helpfull host. Definitely choosing next time too.
Wing ( owner’s 2 yr toddler) is a joy. Thanks for the great hospitalilty.

Pros:

We struggled to decide where to stay in Hoi An due to inconsistent reviews between booking apps and Google Maps. Luckily, we came across this outstanding place with great reviews on all platforms, and honestly it exceeded our expectations.

This was definitely one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed in. The room was super comfortable, convenient, and airy, and the price/performance ratio is off the charts! The location is also perfect, you can easily reach the Old Town on foot, yet the villa is tucked away in a very calm and peaceful alley.

But what truly made our stay unforgettable was Trang and her family 😍 Their kindness and hospitality genuinely touched us 🥹 They renewed our towels and water bottles every single day, and even suggested cleaning, although it wasn’t necessary. They even offered treats every time they saw us and made sure we were comfortable 🥰 They are the kind of people who restore your faith in humanity 💜

Excellent hébergement pour visiter Hoi An au calme
Pros:

L’emplacement était parfait, à quelques pas (5 min à pied) du centre mais suffisamment à l’abri de l’agitation. La literie était parfaite !
Le personnel était adorable et aux petits soins que notre séjour se passe au mieux !

Cons:

C’était légèrement humide et la paroi de douche fuyait un peu ce qui mettait de l’eau dans la salle de bain

Lovely accommodation in Hoi An - good value for money!
Pros:

Really enjoyed our stay in Dawn Villa - the girl working there couldn't be more helpful. Our room was spacious, clean & comfortable. A few minutes walk from the Old Town, the location was very convenient - nice & quiet but still close enough to the thick of it!

Cons:

A mirror in the room, outside of the bathroom, would be helpful! The shower drain seemed to block quite easily too.

Comfortable and Clean

Our room was very clean which is most important to me when selecting a place to stay. This is a family run business. Everyone was very friendly and helpful making sure that our time in Hoi An was exceptional which it was.

The staff was great, so welcoming and nice.
We also loved the location, because it's near the centre, but also in the quiet street, allowing good night sleep.
The room has everything you'll need and the balcony is a plus.

Could not recommend enough!
Pros:

I truly can’t recommend this place highly enough. The rooms are spacious, very clean and well cared for. The location is perfect and only a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go. What really made our stay special, though, was the family. They were exceptionally welcoming, kind, and genuinely thoughtful throughout our visit. this stay exceeded all expectations. We would return in a heartbeat.

A great stay in a friendly hostel. Highly recommend!
Pros:

Large comfortable rooms, great bathrooms and very clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Five minutes from the Old Town and so it was quiet.

+ Great location - easily walkable to the ancient town but in a chill local neighborhood. Really enjoyed walking the alleys and seeing real Vietnamese life in the way to the ancient town.
