Es war ein rundum gelungener Tag!
Pros:

Alles! Das Personal überdurchschnittlich höflich, nett und freundlich und witzig. Alles sehr sauber und das Frühstück war der Knaller.Vieles Hausgemacht und soo soo lecker. Wir haben direkt wieder gebucht für die Weihnachtszeit 🤣😅 Es ist am Bahnhof und trotzdem hört man kaum etwas. Alles ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.Das Theater Metropol wie auch die Innenstadt.

Sehr zufrieden und weiter zu empfehlen
Pros:

Die Lage ist ideal, falls man mit der Bahn anreist und vornehmlich im Zentrum unterwegs sein will.Da wenig Gäste da waren, wurde das Frühstück für jeden Gast gesondert gefertigt und gereicht. Leider Kaffeemaschine und kein Filterkaffee.

Cons:

Filterkaffee zum Frühstück wäre topp !

Pros:

Frühstück war lecker. Mein Mann konnte das zweite Frühstück leider nicht vollständig nutzen da er krank wurde. Sehr gute Stadtanbindung

Quiet hotel right across the railway station.
Pros:

Location is great, right in front of the railwat station. There are tea facilities in the room.
The hotel is very quiet.

Cons:

The hotel itself is very good, but when I made the reservation weeks before my arrival I explicitely asked for a room with station view. At my arrival however they gave me a room on the backside with a terrible view. This was not very client friendly.

A very well situated quiet hotel
Pros:

The hotel is situated right in front of the railway station. From my room I had a nice view to that station. Staff is friendly and breakfast is excellent. Though the 'Bahnhofsplatz' is very busy, you hardly hear anything from that place when the window is closed.

Cons:

Thre are coffee and tea facilities, but there is no fridqge.
I asked for a room with a view (that I got) and written in German. Later on I received an answer in English! I wrote back that I normally speak and write German in Germanyaf fortunly I received an answer with much 'Sorry" (Verzeihung!).; they always send mails in English outside Germany (Austria? Switzerland? Luxemburg...?). By the way: Booking comments I write in English, but my German is better...
