Molto semplice ma adatto alle nostre necessità visto il motivo per cui ci trovassimo a Caorle

La facilità e semplicità.

Cons:

Se proprio dobbiamo trovare un aspetto negativo: la poca presenza del personale di reception, probabilmente dovuto al fatto di essere in bassa stagione ma questo non ci ha portato nessuna difficoltà o problematica particolare. Solo nel momento di cui ci dovesse essere bisogna diventa complicata la comunicazione.

Ein Hotel mit Camping Flair

Die Nähe zur Stadt, zum Strand, zur Family usw.

Cons:

Die Einrichtung extrem veraltet. Steckdose aus der Verankerung und gesprungen. (wurde nach Beschwerde sofort repariert) Balkontür undicht. Nach einem Gewitter bei geschlossener Tür in der Nacht, war der ganze Boden nass. Aber bei diesen Preis noch o k. Insgesamt eher ein Camping Aufenthalt als ein Hotel Ambiente.

Per un mordi e fuggi di pochi gg, e se non si hanno grandi pretese, va benissimo!
Pros:

La stanza avrebbe bisogno di una rimodernata, Camera e bagno sono ampi, anche se il bagno è strutturato male, doccia senza telo ne piatto, perciò se non si sta attenti, si allaga il bagno.
Servirebbe proprio una ridistribuzione degli spazi.
La posizione è ottima anche se non c'è un parcheggio della struttura.
Nel compenso però, pulito, ordinato e curato nell'essenziale.

Cons:

Sarebbe top che la struttura offrisse almeno la colazione, a scelta e con costo a parte, appoggiandosi magari al ristorante presente a piano terra.
