The staff is very attentive and helpful

Cons:

Our first room was outdated and noisy but we spoke to the staff and they swapped us for a quieter, more modern room

A very welcoming hotel with well furnished rooms. Great for families.
Pros:

The bedroom was gorgeous and very newly updated. The kids were beyond excited about the bunk beds and the rubber duckies. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere.

Cons:

No water bottles/ carafes in the bedroom was disappointing considering the heat.
Breakfast pricing needs to be clearer and less rigid.
