lena working at reception was such a friendly kind lady.

Fabulous hotel with amazing staff

The receptionist went above and beyond - absolutely awesome customer service ... friendly and professional
The bed was very comfy along with room temperature for a great night's sleep

The Staff.

Cons:

THE ROOM WAS FREEZING. THE BED WAS BEYOND UNCOMFORTABLE. My BACK AND BODY WAS IN AGONY. I have Multiple Sclerosis. And NOTHING about this room helped. I woke up in AGONY and Frozen. And yet I'm expected to PAY for this service!!!!!!
