This hotel was clean, nicely appointed compared to many places in Ireland, had a wonderful breakfast, and a helpful staff
Very friendly staff; good breakfast; good location, especially for SETU.
The Carvery was great!
Had to ask for a Loo brush. Asked also for some tissues for the room - they don't supply them!
The toilet paper is one of those false economies imho - so thin and useless that you use reams of it - even for blowing your nose!
Our room was very warm, and despite turning the radiator off (apparently), it just wouldn't turn off (room 207).
Very clean and friendly staff
Nothing
Beautiful building
One room was a little noisy but I was moved to another
Staff that we met during our short stay.
Noise from traffic, hotel closer to road than we had envisaged. No balcony or outdoor space for a stroll, that we could find.
Es un hotel en condiciones, trato premium todo perfecto
Todo bien, algún detalle por corregir pero nada importante
cleanliness and staff
nothing
Clean and well appointed.
La habitación muy cómoda y con ventanales dando al jardín. Buen desayuno, y ambiente en la cena con música en directo
Room was a more than adequate size. Very clean, with all the essentials included. Did not sample breakfast or dinner, but menu looked varied.
Family room located over bar, music very loud
We thought it was included in price. It was good .
Breakfast cool and service for evening meal slow but as it was a bank holiday weekend we understood
