Solo la ubicación

Cons:

La limpieza, la estafa de la vista (ya que pague más por la habitación con vista al mar ) y la actitud de la dueña. La saludábamos cada vez que entrábamos y salíamos y ella siempre con la cara larga o no nos contestaba, al desayuno igual muy pesada y antipática como si le estorbáramos, el desayuno muy malo y pobre, el primer día no tenía pan y se demoró tanto que casi lo perdemos ya que teníamos tour. Pague más por una habitación con vista al mar pero hace años se está construyendo un complejo de hotel al frente y el mar está muchísimo más adentro no se ve nada de mar. Eso es una estafa. La limpieza de la habitación muy mala, habían pelos y uñas por la habitación, y el baño fue usado ya que tenía el papelero con papeles y el baño tenía caca, la verdad fue una decepción. Lo único bueno es la ubicación pero les aseguro que todo está bien ubicado. Ah y para más nos apagaba el aire acondicionado desde abajo y debíamos pedirle que lo prendiera. SEÑORA HAGA UN FVAOR Y MEJOR NO TENGA UN HOSPEDAJE.

There was nothing I was dissatisfied with during my stay here. I am very happy to have chosen this place for my second visit to Cat Ba.

Pros:

Location great, close to a lovely beach. Staff do try their best. If you are a backpacker and used to staying in hostels, you would probably call the room deluxe.

Cons:

What once was a view of a beautiful bay has now been obscured by a massive housing development, as yet uninhabited and unfinished. The first morning we were woken up at 6 o'clock by very loud music and singing, which was followed by public announcements we couldn't understand.
