Pros:

Tres bon rapport qualité prix. Le personnel vraiment gentil. Chambre propre et bien équipée.

Cons:

Quel dommage que la ville construise une barre d immeuble (moderne) juste devant.
Cat ba risque de perdre tout son charme....

Très pratique et agréable
Pros:

L’hôtel est bien placé, et la famille de Mai répond à tout nos besoins : petits déjeuné, lessive sur place, location de scooter, massage il est donc très agréable de loger ici

Cons:

Malheureusement, l’hôtel n’a plus la vue sur la mer à cause du groupe sun qui a racheté tout le front de mer.. cela est très attristant notamment pour tout les commerçants de la rue
Cependant nous avons une très belle vue sur la rue

Gute Lage, günstig.

Cons:

Die beste Zeit dieser Unterkunft ist lange vorbei, alles höchst renovierungsbedürftig.
Den Blick auf die Bucht gibt es nicht mehr, da diese mit einem riesigen Komplex (teilweise noch Baustelle) zugebaut wurde.
Der Host ist freundlich, will aber dauernd etwas verkaufen, was nervig ist.

The staff are friendly and very helpful the location is excellent you are central to everything total value for the price I would recommend this place if in cat ba tourist area

Disappointing in many levels
Pros:

The guy who ran it helped me booked motorbike taxi

Cons:

Somebody else’s hair on the pillow. I booked a room with view to bay and he put me in a room with no view. I asked him about this and he said he would have to move people around to oblige me. So I didn’t get the room I booked.
The pictures are not accurate as the bay is a large construction site. I didn’t even get the room with the view so didn’t matter either way.
When I went to pay he took an extra 100k and made it out to be small money and you know, who cares if I pay more or not.

가성비 있는 위치 좋은 숙소, 사장님도 너무 친절하세요
Pros:

깟바섬에서 저렴하게 1박을 하기 위해 묵었던 숙소였는데,
태풍 위파로 인해 배가 뜨지않아 하이퐁으로 갈수 없어 추가 1박을 하면서 총 2박을 머물렀어요
숙소 남자사장님 너무 친절하시고
옆에 마사지샵 가게 사장님과 완전 가족 같은 사이시더라고요
간식으로 드시던 바나나, 고구마도 나눠주셔서 맛있게 먹었고!! ><
깟바 메인거리에 있어서 위치는 말할것도 없이 좋았습니다.

숙소에서 묵으면서 옆에 마사지가게 들리시고, 섬에서 나가실때는 그 옆의 여행사(catba express) 이용해보세요
다들 친절하시고 가격도 좋아요 (최고)

메인거리에 위치하면서, 하루밤 묵어가기 가성비 있는 호텔을 찾는다면 추천드려요

화장실이 뜨거운물 잘 나오고 좋았지만, 환풍시설이 따로 없어서 아쉬웠어요 ..

Kind owner, beautiful location.
Pros:

Near the river, beautiful and quiet setting. The owner is very kind and picked me up at 4am from the night bus for free. The dorm is fine. Free bicycles and motorbikes at 120k / day.

Cons:

Need to keep the windows open and the bathroom fan on all the time to avoid damp smell.
