Très bien pour un passage rapide
Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel, l emplacement en ville mais dans une rue plus paisible à 2 pas des coins pour manger, organisation de la sortie dans la baie.

Petit déjeuner un peu frugal...

Personel çok ilgiliydi bize cok iyi öneriler sundu. Ayarladığı tekne turu harikaydı. Güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Odalar ve temizliği vietnam ortalamasının üzerindeydi.

De ligging was goed

Cons:

Personeel was niet vriendelijk, niet behulpzaam. De kamers zijn klein en duf. Het ontbijt was ondermaats. Toastbrood zonder toasten op je bord let koude koffie. Echt geen aanrader!

Zu wenige Handtücher (nur zwei große zum Duschen, keines zum Hände abtrocknen; weitere wurden auf Nachfrage gestellt); Zimmer und Bad nicht besonders sauber (Insekten, Rost, Klimaanlage und Ventilator total verstaubt); Zimmer mit "Gartenblick" gebucht aber nicht erhalten; Frühstück äußerst armselig im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels

Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien situé, le centre est accessible à pieds; les gérants nous donnent des conseils et sont là en cas de besoin; les lits étaient propres.

Cons:

Les chambres n’étaient pas très bien insonorisées ce qui pouvait poser problème si des voisins n’étaient pas respectueux et faisaient trop de bruit , mais ce n’est pas imputable aux gérants.

Very kind staff and gave some tea as I was sick. Very well located

Cons:

HARD BED and quiet a bit of noice as June is a holiday period for Vietnamse. However, as we complained they agreed to change rooms as there was place.

Extrem Hilfsbereites Personal, mit sehr guten Englisch! Haben zusätzlich auch Bustouren gebucht für mich, von Hanoi nach Cat Ba und danach nach Ninh Binh, die auch sehr gut organisiert waren :)

Lovely stay - can definitely recommend
Pros:

Good room, breakfast options and super helpful tips for transfers and day trips as well for general information right in cat Ba town in a more quiet backstreet :), cat co beaches 1-3 and Ben beo pier can be reached by foot too

Pros:

To było najwspanialsze doświadczenie w naszej podróży po Wietnamie. Właściciel hotelu bardzo się opiekował nami - załatwił nam wynajęcie skutera, busy na przyjazd z Hanoi do Cat Ba oraz podróż do Hoi An. Śniadanie, które było wliczone w cenę było bardzo dobre, a pokój czysty. Gorąco polecam ten hotel!
