Pros:

Ottimo Hotel a Cat Ba. Posizione centrale, struttura pulita, ascensore presente. La camera era spaziosa e confortevole. Colazione semplice e molto buona.
Il vero punto di forza di questo hotel è la capacità di assisterti in ogni richiesta in particolare tour e
spostamenti. Jenny ci ha supportato dall inizio del viaggio, ci ha organizzato la crociera in giornata (con Cat Ba eco tour) consigliatissima, con non troppa gente e itinerario completo. Ha anche organizzato il nostro transfer ad hanoi facendoci venire a prendere direttamente al porto alla fine della crociera.

Ogólnie pobyt udany i warto docenić pracę Jenny
Pros:

Bardzo pomocna i serdeczna managerka Jenny, która załatwiła nam wspaniały rejs po najpiękniejszych zatokach.
Dobra lokalizacja hotelu, przy spokojniejszej ulicy, ale blisko do plaż i restauracji.

Cons:

Niestety czystość nie była na zadowalającym poziomie.
Śniadania były mało sycące.

Arreglamos con la recepción el barco de 2d1n y el traslado a Tam Coc. Pudimos dejar el equipaje en el hotel y nos pasaron a buscar por allí mismo para ambas cosas. La vista desde la habitación era muy linda!

L’établissement c’est occuper du transfert de l’aéroport à l’hôtel , bon emplacement. Bon équipement

Buena ubicación y la amabilidad de Jenny.

Nos ayudó tanto con las excursiones con el transporte y siempre pendiente. Muy agradable.

Cons:

El resto del personal no hablaba inglés por lo que no podía atender muy bien.
El desayuno bastante escaso, pero por el precio no estaba mal.

Pros:

Всё было просто замечательно! Постели большие, бельё чистое, вода горячая)). Чудесная терраса на крыше. Расположение отличное, вроде бы всё рядом, но при этом тихо. Чудесная девушка Дженни знает о своем регионе всё: где поесть, как добраться до Ниньбиня, где взять ленты для шляп)). Огромное спасибо, удачи и процветания!

Phòng ở trung tâm nên tiện cho việc đi lại. Anh chị chủ hotel cũng hỗ trợ nhiệt tình

Cons:

Có lẽ khách trước khi mình vào có sử dụng thuốc lá nên khi mình check in phòng còn ám mùi thuốc lá rất rõ. Mỗi khi bước vào phòng vẫn còn mùi thuốc lá lưu lại. Hotel nên bố trí thêm thơm phòng để khách hàng có trải nghiệm tốt hơn ạ

Eine sehr nette und top gelegene Location. Man kann ja auch super Ausflüge oder Transfer buchen.
Pros:

Die Chefin persönlich am Empfang war sehr, sehr freundlich. Wir durften sogar am vor der Zeit einchecken: 10:30 Uhr am Vormittag. Weiter gab es jeden Tag frische Handtücher und eine Flasche Mineralwasser aufs Zimmer.. kann ich nur empfehlen. Das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker..

L'accueil par Jenny qui est très professionnelle et super efficace pour reserver tout ce que l’on souhaite faire. Le surclassement pour la nuit supplémentaire, encore merci pour cela.

Cons:

la salle de bain vieillote et pas très propre. Le petit dejeuner dans l’entrée alors qu’un roof top existe mais la cuisine etant en bas cela se comprend.
