Insgesamt hat uns der Urlaub sehr gut gefallen und wir werden viele schöne Erinnerungen daran behalten.
Pros:

Das Team hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben trotz Sprachbarriere immer ihr Bestes gegeben. Bei der Ankunft wurde sich sofort um uns gekümmert und gezeigt wo wir unser Auto abstellen können. Der Parkplatz war direkt am Hotel. Der Weg zum Strand beträgt etwa 300 m und ist angenehm im Schatten angelegt. Da überwiegend Italiener hier Urlaub machen, waren wir mitten im italienischen Flair das hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Frühstück war insgesamt in Ordnung, allerdings überwiegend sehr süß ausgerichtet. Uns hätte eine größere Auswahl an herzhaften Speisen gefallen. Abendessen viel Auswahl und wirklich sehr herzhaft. Der Pool war insgesamt sehr schön und wir haben ihn gerne genutzt. Einziger kleiner Nachteil: er hätte etwas sauberer sein können und einige Fliesen sind renovierungsbedürftig. Eine Abgrenzung hat leider auch gefehlt unter der Brücke gehts plötzlich in den Schwimmerbecken. Zimmer täglich sauber gemacht und Handtücher gewechselt.

Good location but a bit disappointing
Pros:

The hotel location near some shops and restaurants and only a 5 minute walk from the beach

Cons:

Food was disappointing (evening meal and breakfast as we were half board).Calling themselves all-inclusive when you only have drinks during the very rushed food service is pushing it a bit.

No pool bar or service at the pool and the pool was very cold and looked. The pool was very tired with broken tiles and loose pool ladders.

Getting constantly told off by the grumpy pool attendant when we were either slightly early or late leaving (only open for 3 hours in the morning and around 3 hours late afternoon).

Getting told off by grumpy from waiters when you don't follow their strict rules on what drinks go in what jugs.

We had a family executive room which was clean and tidy if a little small but the bathroom was nice. Large balcony outside but only 2 chairs there for a family of 4 and no table whatsoever.

The included loungers and umbrella on their partner beach was a .nice touch but again only 2 loungers for free for a family of 4.
