Ottimo albergo
Pros:

Proprio un bel albergo. Un posto accogliente e confortevole per passare una vacanza rilassante. Lo staff è molto disponibile e gentile. Le camere sono ben arredate e pulite. Ogni giorno si mangia molto bene con tanta varietà ed un ottimo servizio. La spiaggia è inclusa e si trova a 5min in piedi, anche lì tutto molto completo specialmente ber bambini e ragazzi. Ottimo servizio.

Cons:

Sul balcone mancava un tavolo.
Le pulizie inziano già intorno le otto mezza con l'aspirapolvere sempre acceso.

Personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile.
Un hotel perfetto per la famiglia e per i bambini di tutte le età (a partire da pochi mesi).

Ci hanno fornito una spondina per il letto cosicché la nostra bimba di 2 anni non cadesse.

Per quanto riguarda la cucina, posso solamente dire che è ottima, molti ortaggi provengono dal loro orto botanico.

È stato come sentirsi a casa!

Se un giorno torneremo a Cervia, sicuramente questo posto sarà la mia prima scelta.

Obsługa obiektu była super. Kuchnia była różnorodna bogata w różne potrawy i każdy mógł sobie wybrac co komu pasowało jedyny minus to że bar z drinkami był odpłatny no ale ceny nie były tak bardzo wygórowane . Dziękujemy pani kelnerce która nas obsługiwała w języku francuskim .

Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza indimenticabile in questo hotel e non possiamo che lasciare una recensione a 5 stelle!
La pulizia era impeccabile in ogni angolo: camere, spazi comuni, piscina… tutto curato nei minimi dettagli, sempre ordinato e profumato.

Il personale è stato estremamente gentile, disponibile e sorridente fin dal primo momento: ci siamo sentiti accolti come in famiglia. Ogni richiesta è stata gestita con efficienza e cortesia.

La cucina è stata una vera sorpresa: piatti abbondanti, ben presentati e soprattutto deliziosi, con una varietà che ha soddisfatto tutti i gusti, anche quelli più esigenti.

La posizione dell’hotel è perfetta: a pochi passi dal mare, ideale per chi vuole dimenticarsi dell’auto e godersi la spiaggia in totale relax.

Infine, una nota speciale va alla piscina, ampia e ben tenuta, con lettini sempre disponibili e un’atmosfera davvero rilassante.

Consigliatissimo! Torneremo sicuramente.
